Illegal Practice of police in Tamilnadu

শাসনের আড়ালে কুশাসন,যে বা যারা আমাদের রক্ষাকর্তা তারাই আমাদের ভক্ষক,হুম আমি পুলিশ প্রশাসন এর কথা বলছি,যারা কিনা Law & Order সেখায়,কিন্তু আইন কে শেখানোর পরিবর্তে এ কি শেখাচ্ছে এরা,বেত্রাঘাতে প্রানপাত।প্রায়সই ঘটনা এটা।বহুবার সুপ্রিমকোর্টের নির্দেশ থাকা সত্ত্বেও তা মানা হয় নি।আমাদের দেশে law & Order maintain করা হয়

state list এর মধ‍্যে দিয়ে,যা সংবিধান এর মধ‍্যে উল্লিখিত।আমি সেই ঘটনার কথা বলছি-কিছুদিন আগে তামিলনাড়ুতে ঘটা নৃশংসতা।লকডাউন অগ্রাহ্যকারী পিতা ও পুত্রের দোকান খোলার কাহিনী,কিভীষণ বেত্রাঘাত,যে কারনে হসপিটালে চিকিৎসার পরদিন মারা যান তারা।এ তো সেই শোষন যা কিনা আমাদের দেশে যখন উগ্রপন্থী বা স্পাইরা গোপন তথ‍্য ফাঁস করে অন্য দেশে অথবা আমাদের অর্থনৈতিক,প্রতিরক্ষাকে টলিয়ে দিতে আসে তা তো bsf বা camando মানে কেন্দ্রীয় প্রতিরক্ষার ক্ষেত্রে প্রযোজ‍্য।কিন্তু পুলিশের হাতে তো সে ক্ষমতা নেই,আর তারা দেশ দ্রোহী ও নয়,তবে এই নির্মম অত‍্যাচার কি জন‍্য?বিগত বহুদিনের লকডাউনে অর্থনৈতিক মন্দা,বাজারের সূচক নেমে যাওয়া,টাকার মূল্য হ্রাস,এমত অবস্থায় ঘরে অন্নের জন্য সামান্য উপার্যনের প্রচেষ্ঠা আর তাতেই এই দূর্গতি।তাই রক্ষাকর্তাদের এমত আচরন সত‍্যিই নিন্দনীয়।এবং এর দায়িত্ব নিতে হবে রাজ‍্য সরকার গুলিকেই।ধর্য‍্যের সাথে শাসন, আবেগের সাথে বাস্তবতা,মানবিকতার সাথে দৃঢ়তা মিশিয়ে এগিয়ে নিয়ে যেতে হবে আমাদের সমাজকে।

English Translation :

Misgovernance behind the regime, that or those who are our protectors are our predators, hmm I am talking about the police administration, those who teach Law & Order, but instead of teaching the law what they are teaching, they are flogged. This is almost a case. Despite many Supreme Court directives.  It was not accepted. Law & Order is maintained in our country,

 In the middle of the state list, which is mentioned in the middle of the constitution. I am talking about the incident - the atrocities that took place in Tamil Nadu a few days ago.  Whether in our country when extremists or spies come to another country to leak secret information or to disrupt our economic defense, bsf or camando means applicable to central defense. But the police do not have that power, and they are not traitors to the country, but this ruthless.  What is the cause of oppression? The economic downturn in the past long downturn, falling market index, depreciation of money, the effort to earn a little food at home in this situation and that is the misfortune.  Our society must move forward by mixing governance, passion with reality, humanity with determination.
