যেকোনো দেশের প্রগতির জন্য সঠিক অর্থনীতি, কিছু আর্থিক সুবিধা, সঠিকভাবে সকলের হাতে পৌঁছানো, সমগ্র দেশের আর্থিক প্রগতিতে মুখ্য ভূমিকা পালন করে।
" আত্মনির্ভর ভারত "অর্থাৎ Self dependence through economically তখনই সম্ভব যখন বৃত্তীয় সমাবেশ, বৃত্তীয় স্বাক্ষর, ও তার সঠিক বিকেন্দ্রীকরন সম্ভব।govt দ্বারা direct কিছু আর্থিক সাহায্য scheme এর মাধ্যমে আমজনতার উদ্দেশ্যে, সেই অর্থকে সঠিকভাবে ব্যবহার, proper banking system এর সাহায্য নিয়ে, share market, financial knowledge এর মধ্যে দিয়ে প্রগতির সার্বিক গতি লুপ্ত থাকে।কিন্তু আমাদের দেশের ক্ষেত্রে আর্থিক বিস্তার এর ধারনা আমজনতার অত্যন্ত কম।ভারতীয় আর্থিক বিকাশ কিছু sector এর উপর নির্ভর করে অগ্রগামী হয়।

এই সব উদ্দ্যোগের মধ্যে দিয়ে ভারত কে নতুন করে শুরু করা এবং তার প্রগতিকে কিছুটা দিশা দেখানো হয়েছে যাতে কোন ক্ষেত্রে Costal zone কে আরও secure ও fast transferable করা,কোথাও দ্বীপ এর উন্নতির মধ্যে দিয়ে বেকার skilled labour কে কাজে নিবেশ করানো, সেখানকার দ্বীপকে হংকং এর মত তৈরী করা, resource কে rawmaterial হিসাবে বিক্রি না করে final goods হিসাবে export করা, national health identity র মাধ্যমে সমগ্র নাগরিককে one identity provide করা, GST এর অন্তর্গত সমস্ত tax কে কেন্দ্রীভূত করা, কৃষকের আয়কে দ্বিগুণ বাড়ানো ও এর দ্বারা automobile industry কে বৃদ্ধি ঘটানো, service sector এর বৃদ্ধি করা, loan facilities এর মধ্যে দিয়ে Banking system এর মুনাফা বৃদ্ধিতে সাহায্য করা, proper market এর মাধ্যমে দেশী ও বিদেশী পুজিঁপতিদের অর্থনৈতিক নিবেশে আকৃষ্ট করা, কৃষি নির্ভর industry যেমন food prossesing industry কে আরও এগিয়ে নিয়ে যাওয়া, agriculture এর সাথে horticulture কে ও গুরুত্ব দেওয়া, এর সঙ্গে middle class শ্রেনীকেও কিছুটা facility দেওয়া এ দেশের economical inclution এ সাহায্যের হাত অনেকটাই বাড়িয়ে তুলবে যা দেশের প্রগতির ক্ষেত্রে মূল্যবান ভূমিকা পালন করবে।
