Cyber crime শুধুমাত্র ভারতেই নয় সমগ্রদেশেই এর মাত্রা ক্রমাগত বৃদ্ধি পাচ্ছে। কর্মব্যস্ত মানুষেরা সময়কে প্রকৃতভাবে ব্যবহার করতে গিয়ে ক্রয় বিক্রয়, money transfer, information collection সবই যান্ত্রিক মাধ্যমে online পদ্ধতিতে সম্পন্ন করছে। তার সঙ্গে বেড়েছে মাত্রাতিরিক্ত ভাবে cyber crimes। NCRB অনুসারে ২০১৯ সালে ৬৩% বৃদ্ধি পেয়েছে এই Cyber crime এর আখরা। পরিসংখ্যান অনুসারে, ২০১৮ সালে প্রায় ২৮,২৮৪ cyber crime এর মামলা দায়ের হয়েছে, পরবর্তীতে ২০১৯ সালে এই সংখ্যা বেড়ে দারিয়েছে ৪৪,৫৪৬ তে। আজকের কোভিদ পরিস্থিতি তা আরও চারগুন বাড়িয়ে দিয়েছে। চলতি বর্ষে কোভিদ এর কারনে ব্যঙ্ক থেকে শুরু করে online ক্রয়, বিক্রয় সবই চলছে ঘরে বসেই, তাই এর সাথে চরচরিয়ে বেড়েছে crime এর record ও।
শুধু কি তাই, এ তো গেল রাষ্ট্র ভিত্তিক পরিমাপ। যদি রাজ্য ভিত্তিক পরিমান লক্ষ্য করা যায় তবে দেখা যায় - যে ২০১৯ সালে cyber crime এর record কর্নাটকে ১২০০০, UP তে ১১০০০, মহারাষ্ট্রে ৫০০০, তেলেঙ্গনায় ২৫০০ ও আসামে ২২০০ এর উপর পৌঁছেছে।

দেশে নয় বিদেশে বসে income tax office এর port hacking এর চেষ্টা, marketing sector এ হামলা সবই চলছে এমনকি call center এর facility দিতে চেয়েও, bank এর তরফ থেকে information চাইছে এটা গ্রাহকদের জানানো হচ্ছে।
তাই এই পরিস্থিতির মোকাবেলার জন্য চাই ->
1) জনসমক্ষে সম্প্রচার প্রয়োজন, মানুষের মধ্যে সচেতনতাকে জাগ্রত করা।
2) কোন প্রকার OTP, Passward, call center কে information না দেওয়া।
3) কোন প্রকার apps এর সম্পর্কে না জেনে money সম্পর্কিত apps download না করা।
4) mobile এ আসা কোন সন্দেহজনক link বা bank data open না করা।
5) কোন প্রকার cyber crime হলে লোকাল থানা বা লোকার cyber crime police station এ FIR register করা।
6) Directly govt portal cybercrime.govt.in এ enormously অথবা নিজ নাম বা data দ্বারা register করা ও এই পোর্টাল থেকে location track করে victim persons এর local cyber crime branch এ information কে পাঠানো হবে govt এর পোর্টাল থেকে।
7) এই সমস্ত সমস্যা থেকে বেড়োনোর জন্য cycort নামে একটি নতুন সংস্থার উদ্ভাবন করা হয়েছে Union home minister এর সহযোগিতায়।
8) Banking এর ক্ষেত্রে RBI এর তরফ থেকে strict কিছু rules, regulation এর ব্যবস্থা করা হয়েছে ও তাদের তরফ থেকে সবরকম ব্যবস্থা ও নেওয়া হয়েছে।
9) সাধারন police station এর পাশাপাশি cyber crime police station এর ব্যবস্থা করা হয়েছে।
10) নির্দিষ্ট এলাকা ভিত্তিক cyber crime lab তৈরী করা হয়েছে। সমস্ত ধরনের crime কে track করার জন্য।
11) এর পাশাপাশি সমস্ত policy কে ক্রমাগত cyber crime এর জন্য updates training দেবার ব্যবস্থা করা প্রয়োজন।
12) সাধারণ মানুষ যদি online transfer এর জন্য আলাদা একটা account রাখে তবে security perpose সেই লোকটি অনেক বেশি security থাকবে।
তাই এই information গুলো প্রতিটি individuals এর জানা অত্যন্ত প্রয়োজন ও নিজ life এ তা ব্যবহার করা উচিৎ।

7) In order to get rid of all these problems, a new organization called cycort has been invented in collaboration with the Union Home Minister.
8) In the case of Banking, RBI has made some strict rules, regulation and all kinds of arrangements have been made on their behalf.
9) In addition to the general police station, cyber crime police station has been arranged.
10) Cyber crime lab based on specific area has been created. To track all types of crime.
