ভারত সরকারের নতুন পদক্ষেপ Tejas প্রজেক্টকে কেন্দ্র করে যা ভারতের প্রতিরক্ষা খাতে আরও উন্নত প্রগতিশীল পথ তৈরী করবে। বিগত বেশ কিছু যাবত ভারতের যুদ্ধ জাহাজ বা aircraft এর সমগ্র mission এ কোন না কোন বিদেশী প্রযুক্তি, তাদের চুক্তি অথবা তাদের উপর নির্ভরশীল হয়েই আমাদের প্রতিরক্ষা বিভাগকে এগিয়ে নিয়ে যেতে হয়েছে। বেশ কিছু ক্ষেত্রে আমরা আমেরিকা, ফ্রান্স, রাশিয়া, জার্মানির উপর নির্ভরশীল হয়েছি ক্রমাগত। এই dependency কে কিছুটা প্রতিহত করার লক্ষ্যে ৪০ টি LCA Mark 1A এর সঙ্গে ৮৩ টি নতুন সম্পূর্ণ indigenous পদ্ধতিতে LCA Mark 1A সংযোগ করা হয়েছে ভারত সরকারের উদ্যোগে, যার সংযুক্তি করনে ১২৩ এর আখরায় পৌঁছায় LCA Mark 1A । বর্তমানে সমগ্রবিশ্বে বেড়ে ওঠা চাঞ্চল্যকর মুহুর্তে প্রধানমন্ত্রীর এরকম পদক্ষেপ সত্যিই অতুলনীয়।
এখন জেনে নেওয়া যাক এই প্রজেক্ট এর কিছু বিষয় -
1) Aerospace & Aeronautics sector এ ভারতের নতুন ভাবে পদক্ষেপ হল 'আত্মনির্ভর ভারত' এর mission কে অনেক দৃঢ় করা।
2) এই sector এর boost এর জন্য HAL অর্থাৎ Hindustan Aeronautics Limited এর সঙ্গে Tejas deal সম্পন্ন করা হয়েছে।
3) এই deal এর জন্য মোট ৪৮০০০ কোটি টাকা বরাদ্দ করা হয়েছে যা সম্পূর্ণ ভারতীয় পদ্ধতিতে Light Combat Aircraft tejas এর দ্বারা ভারতীয় Air Force কে আরও শক্তিশালী করবে।
4) এই নতুন পরিকাঠামোর জন্য, প্রতিবছর আট - ষোলটি বিমান থেকে, Tejas এর উৎপাদন হার বাড়ানো হচ্ছে, যেটি অবস্থিত বেঙ্গালুরুতে।
5) Tejas এর প্রযুক্তির জন্য প্রগতিশীল দেশীয় করনের সাথে এই স্কেলের যে কোনও প্রোগ্রামের তুলনায় সর্বোচ্চ স্তরের দেশীয় করন করা হবে।
6) 73 LCA Tejas of MK - 1A variant এবং 10 LCA Tejas MK- 1 trainer এর জন্য সরকার বিমান ক্রয়ের অনুমোদন দিয়েছে।
7) Tejas of MK 1A visual range ক্ষেপনাস্র, বৈদ্যুতিন যুদ্ধ সুট এবং air to air refueling কে সঙ্গে নিয়ে সক্রিয় বৈদ্যুতিন স্ক্যান করা রাডার দিয়ে সজ্জিত করা হবে, যা IAF র অপারেশন এর প্রয়োজনীয়তা মেটার জন্য আরও শক্তিশালী প্ল্যাটফর্ম হয়ে উঠবে।
8) এই প্রোগ্রামটি সিস্টেম ইন্টিগ্রেটরের মডেল অনুসরন করে, ৫৬০ টি সংস্থার অংশগ্রহনে একটি জাতীয় মহাকাশ বস্তুসংস্থান তৈরী করেছে যা বিমানের নকশা ও উৎপাদন সংক্রান্ত সমস্ত দিককে অর্ন্তভুক্ত করে রেখেছে।
9) সারাদেশে ৫০ হাজার লোককে সরাসরি কর্মসংস্থানের জোগান দেবে এই প্রোজেক্টটি।
10) এই পর্যন্ত Tejas program টি সারা দেশে ৫০,০০০ primary & secondary job হয়েছে বলে অনুমান করা হয়।
11) সরকার দেশীয় প্রতিরক্ষা উৎপাদন বাড়াতে যথেষ্ট উদ্দ্যোমী হয়েছে। এই জন্য ২০২৫ সালের মধ্যে প্রতিরক্ষা খাতে উৎপাদনের ক্ষেত্রে ১.৭৫ লক্ষ কোটি টাকা টার্নওভারের লক্ষ্যমাত্রা স্থির করেছে।
12) এই প্রজেক্টের আওতায় সরকার অবকাঠামো গত উন্নয়নের অনুমোদন দিয়েছে।

English Translation :
The new initiative of the Government of India focuses on the Tejas project which will pave the way for a more progressive path in India's defense sector. For the past several years, the entire mission of Indian warships has had to take our defense department forward with some foreign technology, their contracts or their reliance. In some cases we are constantly dependent on America, France, Russia, Germany. In order to somewhat counteract this dependency, LCA Mark 1A has been connected with 40 LCA Mark 1As in 73 new completely indigenous ways at the initiative of the Government of India. Such a move by the Prime Minister is truly unparalleled in the current turbulent moment in the world.
Now let us know some things about this project -
1) India's new approach in the aerospace & aeronautics sector is to strengthen the mission of 'self-reliant India'.
2) Tejas deal has been completed with HAL i.e. Hindustan Aeronautics Limited for the boost of this sector.
3) A total of Rs 48,000 crore has been allocated for this deal which will further strengthen the Indian Air Force by using Light Combat Aircraft tejas in a fully Indian manner.
4) Due to this new infrastructure, the production rate of Tejas is being increased from eight to sixteen aircraft per year, which is located in Bangalore.
5) With Tejas' technology, the highest level of domestic tax will be levied compared to any other program of this scale with progressive domestic tax.
6) The government has approved the purchase of 73 LCA Tejas of MK - 1A variant and 10 LCA Tejas MK-1 trainers.
7) Tejas of MK 1A visual range will be equipped with active electronic scanned radar with missiles, electronic combat suits and air to air refueling, which will become a more powerful platform to meet the requirements of IAF operations.
8) Following the model of System Integrator, the program has created a national aerospace ecosystem with the participation of 560 companies covering all aspects of aircraft design and manufacturing.
9) This project will provide direct employment to 50,000 people across the country.
10) So far the Tejas program is estimated to have 50,000 primary & secondary jobs across the country.
11) The government has been enterprising enough to increase domestic defense production. The country has set a turnover target of Rs 1.75 lakh crore for defense production by mid-2025.
12) Under this project the government has approved past development of infrastructure.
