বর্তমানে পর্যবেক্ষণের দরুন দেখা যাচ্ছে যে, ভারতের নতুন startup company গুলি বিশেষত, T2 ও T3 city তেই গড়ে উঠছে সেক্ষেত্রে সেই স্থানে university গঠন করে তাকে high businessable পর্যায়ে পৌঁছে দেবার জন্য management course এর start করার কথা ভাবা হচ্ছে যাতে, সেই স্থানের Ecosystem কে অনেকাংশেই এগিয়ে নিয়ে যাওয়া সম্ভব হয়। যেখানে নতুন innovative idea, নতুন technology, local market কে global market এ পোঁছে দেবার সমস্ত রকম প্রচেষ্টা করা যায়, যার দরুন ভারতের আর্থিক growth কে আরও উন্নততর করা সম্ভবপর হয়ে ওঠে।
তবে এই সমস্ত উদ্দ্যোম, implement আরও ভালোভাবে কার্যকারী হবে যখন investment, tax system এর প্রতি govt আরও দৃষ্টি নিক্ষেপ করবে। কেবলমাত্র govt helping fund এই সমস্ত company র কতটা সাহায্য করতে পারবে? তাই চাই বিদেশী পুজির। তাই foreign currency local market এ আনার জন্য কিছু নতুন নীতি, নতুন policy, Banking system, insurance এর উপর আরও দৃষ্টি নিক্ষেপ করতে হবে। Tax এর ক্ষেত্রেও একই প্রভাব লক্ষ্য করা যাচ্ছে। Indian company, foreign country তে গিয়ে registration করাচ্ছে। তার প্রধান কারন হল high rate of tax, তাই এই নতুন startup এর থেকে MNC company র যাত্রাপথে taxing system ও foreign currency র বিনিয়োগ সঠিক ভাবে করতে হবে যাতে, নতুন উদ্দ্যোমে, নতুন ভাবে তাদেরকে আরও এগিয়ে দেবার পথ মসৃন করা যায়। বিদেশের বাজারে এমনিতেই ভারতীয় business এর একটি বিশেষ পরিচিতি তৈরী হয়েছে TATA, Birla, Reliance এর হাত ধরে। তবে এই নতুন উদ্দ্যোগ ও উৎসাহ আগামীদিনে আরও অনেক নতুন MNC company কে brand হিসাবে প্রতিষ্ঠিত করতে পারবে, যার দরুন আর্থিক বৃদ্ধি, development, employment generation, বিদেশী বিনিয়োগ, share market এ ভারতীয় ব্যবসায়ীদের প্রতিপত্তি, empowerment এই সবকিছুই ক্রমবিকাশ হবে। নতুন startup, আত্মনির্ভর ভারতকে আরও self dependence হিসাবে প্রতিপন্ন করবে।
