রাজনৈতিক যাতাকল,শুনতে কেমন একটা লাগল তাই না,প্রকৃত অর্থে ঠিকই নামকরন এটা।আমাদের দেশের বুনিয়াদ কিছু শক্ত খুটির উপর নির্ভর করে।তার এক দিকে রয়েছে অর্থনীতি, রাজনীতি, বিচার, পররাষ্ট্রনীতি, বৈদেশিক চুক্তি,সুরক্ষা আর এই রাজনীতির মধ‍্যেই জন্ম নেয় পরিচালনার স্তর,তার প্রধান ভূমিকায় থাকেন প্রধানমন্ত্রী,রাষ্ট্রপতি,সুপ্রিম কোর্টের বিচারপতি,এবং পরবর্তীতে কিচেন ক‍্যাবিনেট, ক‍্যাবিনেট, পার্লামেন্ট, বিধানসভা,বিধানপরিষদ।পার্লামেন্ট গঠিত হয়েছে লোকসভা,রাজ‍্যসভা ও উপরাষ্ট্রপতি কে নিয়ে।আর যাকে বলে " soul of disition making "।দেশের কোন স্তরে কি হবে,কিভাবে দেশটাকে সঠিক স্কিম,আইনের দ্বারা পরিচালনা করা যায় সেই কাজ এই পার্লামেন্টের।কিন্তু এটা কি?যে দেশের মধ‍্যমনি পার্লামেন্ট সেখানেই 43% MP কোন না কোন অপরাধের সঙ্গে জড়িত। পরিসংখ্যান রিপোর্ট বলছে,2004 সালে 24%, 2009 সালে 30%, 2014 সালে 34%,আর 2019 সালে 43%,মানে প্রায় অর্ধেক এর কাছাকাছি অপরাধ মূলক কাজের সঙ্গে জরিত লোকেরাই এখানে বিরাজমান,যারা কিনা  আমাদের দেশের পরিচালন বিভাগের সঙ্গে যুক্ত  সরাসরি।পার্লামেন্টে এমনিতেই মেজরিটি পার্টির আধিপত্য।যেকোন আইন ব‍্যক্তিগত ভাবে পাশ করানো সম্ভব,অনেকটা একনায়কতন্ত্র কিন্তু দূর্ভাগ‍্য এটাই যে এই দেশ গনতান্ত্রীক।পার্লামেন্টে এত অপরাধ যুক্ত MP র উপস্থিতি কোন দেশের নেতৃত্বকে কলুষিত করছে, ভারতের মত দেশে এটি  বিপর্যয়ের ইঙ্গিত।ক্ষমতা ও অর্থের আড়ালে কুসাশন ও নিজস্ব মুনাফা বৃদ্ধি এটাই উদ্দেশ্য।2020 সালের ফেব্রুয়ারি মাসে "2020 supreme court judegment on criminalisation" আইনটিকে বৈধতা দেবার প্রসঙ্গ ওঠে কিন্তু তা পাশ হয়নি আজও পরে আছে পরিত্যেক্তর মত,কিন্তু পাশ করাবে কারা?সেই তো শুরু হবে ভোটাভুটি পার্লামেন্টে আর সেখানেই তো গলদ 43% criminalizm তাহলে এই বিল পাশ হবে কিভাবে?তবুও আশা রাখি এই বিলের বৈধতা হোক খুব শীঘ্রই নচেত জনগনের উদ্দেশ্যেই ছাড়া হোক এই বিলটি,জনগনের স্বার্থে এই বিল, তার দায়িত্ব জনগনের,ডিজিটাল পদ্ধতিতে ই এর ভোটাভুটি পৌঁছবে সুপ্রিমকোর্টে।
