বহুদিন ধরে করোনার করাল থাবাতে মানুষের জীবন বিপন্ন হয়ে পরেছে,নড়ে গিয়েছে গোটা মানবজীবনের মানচিত্র,ভিন্নরকম সামাজিক প্রেক্ষাপট আর তার মধ‍্যে অল্পবিস্তর অর্থনৈতিক বৃদ্ধি,কর্মহীনতা,মানসিক উত্তেজনা।আমাদের দেশে অর্থনৈতিক এমারজেন্সি আসেনি শুধু এগ্রিকালচার এর প্রবনতা আছে বলে,তবুও আজ প্রচন্ড জনবিষ্ফোরনে সীমিত হয়ে পরেছে চাষাবাদী জমি,তাই বর্তমানে 50% এর বেশী যেখানে অর্থনীতি এগ্রিকালচার নির্ভর ছিল তা পৌঁছেছে 14% এ।হুরহুরিয়ে বেড়েছে Service sector এর জন‍্য লোকায়ত।তাই সরকারি প্রতিষ্ঠানের তুলনায় বেসরকারী প্রতিষ্টানের উপরই নির্ভরযোগ‍্য ছিল মানুষ। এই মারন ভাইরাস তাও কেরে নিয়েছে।বন্ধ হয়েছে দেশের অফিস,কর্মস্থল,জ্বলছেনা কারখানার বয়লার,বিদেশেও পারি দিয়েছিল কিছু কখনও শ্রমিক হয়ে,কখন skilled labour হয়ে,কখন ও চাকরি বা seasonal labour হয়ে,শুধু কি তাই,শুধুমাত্র আমেরিকার মত দেশেই       H-1B,H-2B,L-1,J-1,L-VISA,H-1B1,Q-1,P-2,P-1ভিসাও বন্ধ হয়েছে শুধু মাত্র তাদের দেশের সুরক্ষার জন্য।অবশ‍্য ওখানকার নাগরিকরা দাবি করছে তাদের দেশে তাদের নাগরিকদের কর্মস্থানের ব‍্যবস্থা করা হোক, কিন্তু তাতে সেই দেশের GOVT কে অতিরিক্ত salary দিতে হবে তাদের নাগরিকদের যা আমাদের দেশের বা অনান‍্য দেশের নাগরিকদের ক্ষেত্রে কম।এই শিথীলতায় ভারতের প্রবল ক্ষতি যেমন বৈদেশিক মুদ্রার আমদানি কমবে,কর্মস্থান হারানোর কারনে ভারতের মত দেশে যানজট আর ও বাড়বে।প্রতিটি মানুষের নির্ধারিত মাথা পিছু  আর্থিক খরচ তা কমবে যাতে "standard of living"ক্ষতিগ্রস্থ হবে,বাড়বে অশিক্ষা,খাদ‍্যভাব,শুধুকি তাই ভিসা কম্পানি গুলো, aviation company, International transport সবই ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হবে।আর একটি দেশের অর্থনৈতিক ক্ষতি মানে শেয়ার মার্কেটে পড়বে ধস।সোনার দাম আকাশ ছোঁয়া,প্রতিটা শিল্প,International bank,National bank সব ক্ষেত্র ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হবে।যে কোন একটি চলন্ত অধ‍্যায় অর্থনৈতিক ভাবে ধাক্কা খাওয়া মানে তা হবে বিপুল ক্ষতির সম্মুখীন।তাই অল্পদিনের বিরতি হলেও যত তাড়াতাড়ি এই ভিসা,আমদানি-রপ্তানি স্বাভাবিক করা যায় সেই দিকেই চেষ্টা করতে  হবে সমস্ত দেশকে।তার জন‍্য কর্ম সংস্থানকে উন্মুক্ত করতেই হবে না হলে গোটা ভারতেই অর্থনৈতিক সংকট প্রবল আকার নেবে।

For a long time, human life has been endangered in the coral reef, the whole map of human life has been shaken, different social contexts and a little bit of economic growth, unemployment, mental turmoil.  There is arable land, so at present the economy where more than 50% of the economy was dependent has reached 14%. The popularity of the service sector has increased exponentially. Therefore, people were more dependent on the private sector than the government.  The Maron virus has also taken over. The country's offices, workplaces, factory boilers are not burning, some of them can work abroad, sometimes as workers, sometimes as skilled labor, sometimes as job or seasonal labor, just like that, only in countries like America H-1B  , H-2B, L-1, J-1, L-VISA, H-1B1, Q-1, P-2, P-1 Visas have also been discontinued just for the protection of their country. Of course, the citizens there are demanding their citizens in their country.  Workplace arrangements should be made, but in that case GOVT of that country will have to pay extra salary to its citizens which is less in case of citizens of our country or other countries. This relaxation will reduce India's huge losses like foreign exchange imports.  The per capita financial cost per capita will decrease so that the "standard of living" will suffer, illiteracy, food shortages, just so visa companies, aviation companies, international transport will all suffer. And the economic loss of a country means the stock market will collapse.  Touch the sky, every industry, International bank, National  All sectors of the bank will suffer. Any economic shock in a moving chapter will mean huge losses. So even if it is a short break, all countries should try to normalize this visa, import-export as soon as possible.  If not, the economic crisis will be severe in the whole of India.
