মাফিয়া,গ‍্যাংস্টার,এই শব্দ গুলি শুনলেই আমাদের গাঁ হাত পা কাঁপতে শুরু করে মনে হয় তারা এত নিষ্ঠুর,নির্দয়,এত দুর্ধর্ষ।সত‍্যিই তো দুর্ধর্ষ,স্বাভাবিক চোখে এদের মত খারাপ লোক খুবই কম দেখা যায়।কিন্তু আমাদের বুঝতে হবে এরা কি সত‍্যিই ছোট বেলাতে এমন ছিল,না,ছিল না,একটু অতীত খুজলেই দেখা যায়,যে তাদের প্রত‍্যেকেরই কোন না কোন ইতিহাস আছে,কেউ হয়ত প্রতন্ত দরিদ্র পরিবার থেকে উঠে এসেছে।খিদা,তৃষ্না,অপ্রাপ্তির কারনে অন্ধকার রাস্তা ধরেছে।কেউ হয়ত বাবা মায়ের বা পরিবারের লোকজনের কাছ থেকে ভালবাসা পায় নি - প্রচন্ড স্বর্শকাতর বাল্যকাল, Sentiments,রাগ,অভিমান থেকে এই অপরাধের পথ বেছে নিয়েছে।কেউ আবার বুদ্ধমত্তা নিয়ে চলার ক্ষমতা থাকলেও প্রচন্ড একরোখা,উগ্র হবার কারনে রাজনৈতিক নেতারা তাদের প্রয়োজনে তাদেরকে ব‍্যবহার করছে।অথবা নিন্মমানসিকতা সম্পন্ন বড়োলোক রাও তাদের স্বার্থ উদ্ধার করছে এদের দিয়ে। আবার কোথাও  দেখা যায় অর্থের বিনিময়ে আজও কৃতদাস প্রথার মত বিক্রিত হচ্ছে অগোচরে।সমস‍্যা একটাই  যখন তারা তাদের পরিচালকদের থেকে দূরে সরে যায় বা তাদের দুর্বলতার জায়গা গুলো ফাঁস করতে শুরু করে তখনই এই মাফিয়া,গ‍্যাংস্টার,ক্রিমিনাল গুলো জন্ম নেয়।কিন্তু বর্তমানে  উচ্চ বাবুয়ানা লোকগুলো পুলিশদেরকে কিনে ফেলেছে অথবা কোন ক্ষেত্রে পুলিশরা নিজরাই এদের মারার দায়িত্ব তুলে নিচ্ছে নিজেদের হাতে,নচেত সত‍্যিটাকে চাপা দেবার চেষ্ঠা করছে।পুরোটাই ড্রামাটিক পদ্ধতিতে  সমস্ত সত‍্য গুলোকে চাপিয়ে দিচ্ছে অথবা পরবর্তী justice এর ধাপে পৌঁছাতে দিচ্ছে না।কাউকে এনকাউন্টার করে,কাউকে এক্সিডেন্টের মত করে মেরে দিচ্ছে।এটা কি প্রকৃতঅর্থে moblenching নয়।গনতান্ত্রিক পদ্ধতিতে সমাজে একত্রিত পদ্ধতিতে কোন দুর্ঘটনা  ইচ্ছা করে বা প্রচন্ড মাথাগরমের দ্বারা করা হলে সেটাই mobleanching।পুলিশ ও আজ নিজের হাতে সেই দায়িত্ব তুলে নিয়েছে।আমাদের দেশের Legislative কে অবমাননা করা এটা,মাসের পর মাস,বছরের পর বছর একটি কেস কোর্টের দরজায় ঝুলছে তাই এটাই কি বেছে নিয়েছে সবাই?এটা কি সরাসরি সৈরাতন্ত্র নয়?কিন্তু পুলিশের কাজ law & order কে maintained করা।তারা কিভাবে এটাকে নিজেদের স্বসাশিত পদ্ধতিতে পরিনত করেছে?এটা সত‍্যিই লজ্জার,এর পর পুলিশ নয় মানুষই তুলে নেবে নিজেদের দায়িত্ব নিজেদের হাতে আর এটাই আগামীদিনে সমাজতন্ত্রকে বিঘ্নিত করবে।যেখানে আমাদের constitution বলে Equality before law,সেখানে সমাজে বিরাজ করবে দাদাগিরি, মোরল, মাতব্বর,শয়তানদের আধিপত্য।আর এটা দেশের পরিচালনার জন্য বড় ধাক্কা।

Mafia, gangsters, when we hear these words, our hands and feet begin to tremble, it seems that they are so cruel, ruthless, so ruthless.  The truth is that bad people like them are rarely seen with the naked eye. But we need to understand whether they were really like that when they were young, no, they weren't  Coming from a poor family. Hunger, thirst, lack of access has taken the dark road.

 Did not get love from - very selfish childhood, sentiments, anger, arrogance have chosen the path of this crime. Some have the ability to walk again with intelligence, but due to extreme stubbornness, political leaders are exploiting them for their needs.  Doing with them.  The problem is that the mafia, the gangsters, the criminals are born when they move away from their managers or start exposing their weaknesses. But now the high-ranking people are trying to seduce the police.  They have bought it or in some cases the police are taking the responsibility of killing them in their own hands, otherwise they are trying to suppress the truth. They are forcing all the truths in a dramatic manner or not allowing them to reach the next stage of justice.  Isn't it really moblenching. In a democratic way, if any accident is done intentionally or with extreme fervor, it is mobleanching. The police and today have taken that responsibility in their own hands. Insulting our country's legislature is, month after month, year after year.  The case is hanging on the door of the court, so is this what everyone has chosen? Isn't it a direct sairatantra?  Has it turned into their own autonomous system? It is a real shame, then it is not the police but the people who will take their responsibility into their own hands and this will disrupt socialism in the future. Where our constitution is called Equality before law,  And it is a big push to run the country.
