Disbalance biodiversity through illegal individuals planing

সম্প্রতি বেশ কিছু কলকারখানা, mining, coal factory, hydropower projects, dimond mining, limestone, geo-thermal project এর জন‍্য national park, saungtury বা বনাঞ্চল প্রবল এলাকাতে অবৈজ্ঞানিক ভাবে এবং কোন রকম investigation ছাড়াই তা তৈরীর অনুমতি দেওয়া হয়েছে বনাঞ্চল কে ধ্বংস করে।সব থেকে আশ্চর্যের বিষয় হল এই permition দেওয়া হয়েছে economic growth এর কথা মাথায় রেখে vedio conference এর মধ্যে দিয়ে।এটা কি সত্যিই গ্রহনীয়?আমাদের ecosystem কে বিপন্ন করে,বনাঞ্চল কে ধ্বংস করে,পরিবেশকে disbalance করে ধ্বংসের মুখে ঠেলে দিয়েছে মানবসম্পদকে এবং biodiversity কে,বনাঞ্চল গুলোকে গ‍্যাস,ধুলো,ধোঁয়া পরিত্যক্ত বর্জ‍্য,নোংরা জল দিয়ে সেই স্থানকে বিপন্ন করার জন্য।আর ঠিক সেই কারনেই আমাদের দেশে অতিবৃষ্টি, ক্ষরা, পঙ্গপালের প্রাদুর্ভাব,নানা সংক্রমণ দেখা দিচ্ছে।না না সময় বেপরোয়া খনন কার্যের ফলে ভূমিকম্প, ধস, বায়ুদূষন পশুপাখির জীবনকে অস্থির করে তুলছে,তাই বন‍্য প্রানী বন থেকে শহরের রাস্তায় হানা দিচ্ছে।সমুদ্রের বড় তিমি,হাঙ্গর মারা যাচ্ছে,সমুদ্রের মাছ মরে তীরে  ভেসে  উঠছে।এটা কোন ধরনের উন্নতি?রেকর্ড বলছে 14,000 sq km বনাঞ্চল পরিষ্কার করা হয়েছে তিন ধাপে তার মধ‍্যে 4947 sq km mining এর জন‍্য 1549 sq km প্রতিরক্ষার জন্য, 1351 sq km hydroelectric project এর জন‍্য--(CAMPA)। এমনকি চীরসবুজ বনাঞ্চল -Central western Ghat এও অনুমতি দেওয়া হয়েছে paper industry র জন‍্য।বনাঞ্চল ধ্বংস করে কি গাছ লাগানো হবে তাও ঠিক হচ্ছে প্রয়োজনানুসারে।মানুষের উপর প্রভাববিস্তারের পর এবার শাসনব্যবস্থা বন‍্যপ্রানী,জীব,গাছপালার উপরেও।এই ভাবে industry র বৃদ্ধি পরিবেশকে বিপন্ন করছে আর তা আমাদের বসবাসের অযোগ্য।তাই পরিবেশকে সাথে নিয়ে industry র সম্প্রসার করা উচিত।

English Translation :

Recently, a number of factories, mining, coal factory, hydropower projects, dimond mining, limestone, geo-thermal project for national park, saungtury or forest area have been allowed to be built in an unscientific way and without any investigation to destroy the forest.  Surprisingly, this permission was given in the vedio conference with economic growth in mind. Is it really acceptable? It endangers our ecosystem, destroys forests, disbalances the environment, destroys human resources and biodiversity, deforestation.  To endanger the place with gas, dust, smoke, waste water, dirty water. And that is exactly the reason why heavy rains, drizzle, locust infestation, various infections are appearing in our country.  The big whales of the sea, the sharks are dying, the fish of the sea are dying and floating on the shore. What kind of improvement is this? The record says 14,000 sq km after the forest.  It has been identified in three steps for 4947 sq km mining for 1549 sq km defense, 1351 sq km hydroelectric project (CAMPA).  Even the evergreen forests - Central western Ghats - have been allowed for the paper industry. What trees will be planted after destroying the forests is just as needed. After the impact on human beings, the regime is now on wildlife, animals and plants.  It is uninhabitable for us. So the industry should be expanded along with the environment.
