শিক্ষনীয় স্তর থেকে কর্মস্থল,সামাজিক কার্য থেকে রাজনীতি সর্বত্রই একই মেয়েদের সুরক্ষা দেওয়া সরকারি  হতে বেসরকারি সব ক্ষেত্রেই।সরকারি স্তরে উর্দ্ধতনের নানা ধরনের বিবৃতি,ঘনঘন বদলি,প্রচুর অবমাননা,পাশাপাশি বেসরকারি  ক্ষেত্রে তো কথাই নেই,বস কে মন জুগিয়ে  চলা নাহলে চাকরি থেকে ছাঁটাই, প্রজেট্কে ম‍্যানেজারের কথায় কাজ অথচ ক্রেডিট  ম‍্যানেজারের নানা ধরনের কমেন্ট এমনকি  পদের ক্ষেত্রে ওয়াকিবহাল থাকতে বস এর গাড়িতে বাড়ি,না হলে ফ্লেটে উঁকি,মানসিক এর সাথে শারীরিক যোগ ও বটে এটি।ঔদ্ধত‍্যতা,মর্ডানিজম দেখাতেই হয় smart মেয়েটি এটাকে প্রতিপন্ন করার উদ্দেশ্যে।শুধু কি তাই,শিক্ষাক্ষেত্রে কিছু কিছু কলেজ,ইউনিভার্সিটিতে প্রফেসর দের রমরমা সবই মুখবুজে হজম করতে হয় প্রতিনিয়ত,নাহলে ডিগ্রীটাই অল্পের জন‍্যে আটকাতে  পারে অথবা কর্মস্থলে ভুল সংবাদদিয়ে বসের কাছে  ঝাড় ও খাওয়াতে  পারে  আর ও কত কি?এভাবে চলতে থাকলে মেয়েরা তো নিমেষেই  তাদের  জায়গা ছেড়ে দেবে।পুরুষ শাসিত সমাজ ব‍্যবস্থায় আজ নোংরামির আশ্রয় নিতে হচ্ছে শুধু মাত্র তাদের কে মহান প্রতিপন্ন করার জন্য।এতে কি তোমাদের মর্যাদা বৃদ্ধি পাচ্ছে ,না কমছে?মেয়েরা তাই এই Eptiging নিয়েই এগিয়ে চলছে নিজেদের জায়গা বুঝে নিতে।কিছুদিন আগেও এক পরিসংখানে বলা হয়েছিল woman empowerment এর কথা,বলেছিল কর্মক্ষেত্রে নারী ও পুরুষের সমান উপস্থিতি নাকি দেশের GDP আরও 29% বৃদ্ধি করতে পারে।এর সাথে সমতা হওয়া দরকার  কেবল GDP বৃদ্ধির জন‍্যেই নয় সমাজকে এগিয়ে  নিয়ে  যেতেও,পরবর্তী প্রজন্মকে সঠিক পথে পরিচালনার জন্যে ও।গ্রামে গঞ্জে মেয়েদের উপর যে অত‍্যাচার হয় তার পাশে দাঁড়াতেও অর্থনৈতিক স্বচ্ছলতা দরকার যাতে তারা ব‍্যক্তিগত জীবনেও অপমান,লাঞ্ছনা,অবহেলার শিকার না হয়।2013 সালে নারী সমাজকে বাঁচাতে Crimes against woman 2013 আইনটিকে আনা হয়েছিল কিন্তু দুঃখের বিষয় এটা যে এত শিথিলতা,সঠিক প্রমান সংগ্রহ,অপরাধিদের সঠিকভাবে ধরা, Investigation কে শক্ত হাতে করা,তার উপর তাদের সাথে হওয়া torture এর পরিমান ও কমানো এই তথ‍্য গুলো সঠিকভাবে পাওয়া খুব দরকার।কিন্তু এক্ষেত্রে তার বড়ই অভাব,আর এসবের সুযোগে অ‍্যাসিড অ‍্যটাক,ধর্ষণ,নোংরামির মাত্রাও বেড়ে চলেছে।তাই এই আইনের সঠিক প্রয়োগ হওয়া উচিত কর্মক্ষেত্রে,পারিবারিক ক্ষেত্রে,সমাজ ও শিক্ষাক্ষেত্রে সর্বত্র।
