Chahabar port

Chabahar port,Iran এর অন্তর্গত একটি Incomplet port,যেটি ছিল ভারতের কাছে বন্দর তৈরীর ক্ষেত্রে চূরান্ত সুযোগের চাবিকাঠি।মাত্র প্রায় 7000 km দূরত্ব ভারতীয় ভূখণ্ডের থেকে জলপথে ইরান হয়ে আফগানিস্তান,central asia হয়ে ইউরোপ ও অন‍্যান‍্য রাষ্ট্রে পৌঁছানোর একটি সহজ পথ যা আমাদের দেশের বৈদেশিক বানিজ‍্যের দরজা খুলেদিত কোন রকম বাধা ছাড়াই,তৈরী করা যেত শক্তিশালী বৈদেশিক মেলবন্ধন,বাড়ানো যেত অপরিশোধিত খনিজতেল এর আমদানি যা আমেরিকার মধ‍্যপন্থায় অনেকটাই শিথিল হয়ে পরেছে,প্রচুর অর্থে, transaction খরচাকে উপেক্ষা করে মার্কিন ডলারেই কিনতে হচ্ছে অপরিষোধিত খনিজ তেল আমেরিকার কাছ থেকে।কিন্তু আজ আরও একটা অন্তরায় আমেরিকার মধ‍্যপন্থায়, chahabar port এর বিকাশীকরন থেকে,যা ভারতের জন্যে প্রবল ক্ষতি।অর্থনৈতিক ক্রমবিকাশে চীন কিনে নিতে চাইছে গোটা বিশ্বকে,এরকম পরিস্থিতিতে port তৈরীর project হারানো ভারতের বৈদেশিক নীতিতে কলঙ্কের ছাপ,এতে কুটনৈতিক স্তরে আমেরিকার ও ক্ষতি,কারন ভারতের মত বন্ধুসুলভ দেশের ক্ষতির মধ‍্যে দিয়ে চীন শক্তিকে আরও বারবারন্ত দেওয়া হল ইরান ও আমেরিকার দলাদলিতে। Iran nuclear deal 2015 এর থেকে আমেরিকার হাত সরিয়ে নেওয়া ভারতের পক্ষে প্রবল চাপের সৃষ্টি করছে যার মোকাবিলা করা ভারতের ক্ষেত্রে অসম্ভব।তাই স্বল্প গতিতেই বাধার মধ‍্যে থেকেও কচ্ছপের দৌড় দৌড়াচ্ছিল ভারত,সাথে আমেরিকার সঙ্গে জট ছাড়ানোর প্রচেষ্ঠা ও চালিয়ে যাচ্ছিল কিন্তু দুর্ভাগ‍্য এই কচ্ছপের গতি বিরতি টানল প্রজেক্ট থেকে আর তা চলে গেল একনায়কতান্তিক  চীনের হাতে।তাই আমেরিকার যতই সাহায্য কর,গুনকীর্তন গাও, ও নিজেকে ছাড়া কাউকে চেনে না কিন্তু প্রশ্ন সেখানেই মধ‍্যগগনে কোথায় ভারতের Autonomy?স্বতন্ত্রতা?স্বাধীনতা?কোথাও কি নেই ভয়ের ছাপ,গোলামি করার বাতাবরন, কারন ভারত সব দিক থেকেই পিছিয়ে।তবে কি পৃথিবীতে দুটি শক্তি চীন ও আমেরিকা?যতদূর জানা যায় Iran একটি সতন্ত্র দেশ তবে নিজ অর্থে port তৈরী করা ইরানের কাছে একটু কষ্টসাধ্য।কিন্তু চীনের কাছে এই প্রজেক্ট সমর্পণ করা সেই ইরান দেশের সতন্ত্রতায় বাধা ফেলবে না?পক্ষান্তরে ভারতের মত দেশে এটা একটা বড় ক্ষতি,বিদেশী investment  থেকে বিরতি,অর্থনৈতিক ক্রমবিকাশে বাধা, আন্তর্জাতিক স্তরে ভারতের নিজস্বতা নিয়ে প্রশ্ন,কুটনৈতির স্তরে আন্তর্জাতিক ক্ষেত্রে ক্ষমতা হ্রাস,এটাকি ভারতের জন‍্য আগামীদিনে ভাল ফল দেবে?এই chahabar port এর মধ‍্যেই লুকিয়ে ছিল বৈদেশিক বানিজ‍্য,আফগানিস্তান হয়ে অন‍্য রাষ্ট্রে যাবার যাত্রাপথ।এটা কি স্বাধীনদেশের ক্ষেত্রে অবমাননার ও ভয় পাবার একটি বড় উদাহরন নয়।তাই দেশের অর্থনীতির প্রসারতা,রাজনীতির স্বচ্ছতা,শিক্ষার ক্রমবিকাশ,বৈজ্ঞানিক প্রতিষ্ঠানের অভুত্থান,সামরিক শক্তির হুংকার ও তার সাথে সঠিক নেতৃত্বের পটভূমি প্রয়োজন,যত তাড়াতাড়ি এসব সম্ভব ততই এ থেকে মুক্তির আস্বাস মিলবে।

Chabahar port, an Incomplet port in Iran, was the key to the ultimate opportunity for India to build a port. Only about 7000 km away from the Indian mainland via Iran to Afghanistan, Central Asia via Europe and other countries is an easy way to reach our country's foreign trade.  Without any hindrance to opening the door, strong foreign alliances could be created, imports of crude oil could be increased, which has become much more relaxed in the American middle ground.  Obstacles to US moderation, from the development of the Chahabar port, which is a huge loss for India. China wants to buy the whole world in economic development, losing the port construction project in such a situation is a disgrace to India's foreign policy  In the meantime, China's power has been repeatedly given to the factions of Iran and the United States.  The withdrawal of the US from the Iran nuclear deal in 2015 is putting tremendous pressure on India which is impossible for India to deal with. So India was running a tortoise race through the slow obstacles, trying to get rid of the entanglement with the US but unfortunately the tortoise stopped.  From the project it went to dictatorial China. So no matter how much you help America, sing praises, and know no one but yourself but the question is where is India's autonomy in the middle of nowhere? Independence? Freedom? There is no fear, no atmosphere of slavery, because India is all  China and America are the two powers in the world. As far as Iran is known, it is a little difficult for Iran to build a port on its own. But handing over this project to China will not hinder the independence of Iran.  It is a great loss, a break from foreign investment, an impediment to economic development, a question of India's independence at the international level, a loss of power in the international arena at the diplomatic level.  Will there be good results in the future? Foreign trade was hidden in the middle of this chahabar port, the journey to another country through Afghanistan. Isn't this a great example of humiliation and fear in the case of an independent country.  , The roar of military power and the need for proper leadership with it, as soon as possible to get rid of it.
