Health or Education which is essential during covid-19 situation

বর্তমানে  ভারতের স্থান তৃতীয় কোভিদ-19 এর প্রকোপের উপর নির্ভর করে।কিন্তু বিপুল প্রসারতা এই করোনা ভাইরাসের যা আগামী দিনে আমাদের চলার পথকে আরও কর্কশ করে তুলতে পারে।এই সময় কেন্দ্রীয় সরকার সম্পূর্ণ দায়িত্ব নিয়েছে নিজেই তা প্রতিরক্ষা করার কিন্তু সমস‍্যা দেখা দিচ্ছে আমাদের দেশের Universities গুলোর পরীক্ষা হওয়া নিয়ে।অনেকের মতে এটি একটি ভুল নীতি গ্রহন করা যে,তড়িঘড়ি করে পরীক্ষা নেওয়া পরীক্ষার হলে বসেই।এটি কেন্দ্রীয় সরকারের কেমন দায়িত্ব জ্ঞানহীনতা,যে শিক্ষা কে স্বাস্থ্যের উপর স্থান দেওয়া হচ্ছে।সত‍্যি বলতে স্বাস্থ্য,শিক্ষা,পঠন পাঠন সব কিছুই জরুরি।কিন্তু এই বিপদকালীন পরিস্থিতি তে শিক্ষার থেকেও স্বাথ‍্য বেশীকরে জরুরি।জীবের প্রানপাত হওয়া,বা অদৃশ‍্য জীবানুর প্রকোপ বাড়লে তা প্রতিটি ঘরের কোনেতেই ঢুকে পরবে স্বাচ্ছন্দে।ঠিকই এই কথাটি যুক্তি সঙ্গত তবে,বহুদিন পঠন পাঠনের একাগ্রতা থেকে দূরে,খামখেয়ালি পনার মধ‍্যে একবছরের অবসর অনেকক্ষেত্রেই পরবর্তী সময়ে সেই সব ছাত্রদের অবসাদে পরিনত করবে।এর সাথে আরও কথা উঠে আসছে,ছাত্রদের মান অনুযায়ী এই ডিগ্রিতে পাশ করিয়ে দেওয়া।কিন্তু এত বড় একটা ডিগ্রি কোন পর্যালোচনা ছাড়াই গ্রহনযোগ‍্য হবে এটাও কি ঠিক?যখন এই সব ছাত্রদের হাতেই রয়েছে দেশের ভবিষ্যতের কান্ডারি এবং পরবর্তী অগ্রগতি।শুধুকি তাই,university তে কি শুধু পাঠ‍্যপুস্তকের পঠন পাঠন হয়,তার সাথে থাকে practical এর ধারণা,যা বাস্তবসম্মত ভাবে আমাদের জ্ঞান অর্যনের দরজা খুলে দেয়,যা জানাটা অত্যন্ত জরুরি।তাই যে ভাবে আজ প্রাইভেট কম্পানি গুলিতে কাজ চলছে,সরকারি প্রতিষ্ঠান গুলি চলছে ঠিক সেই ভাবেই প্রতিকূলতার মাধ্যমে university র পরীক্ষা গুলোকে সম্পন্ন করতে হবে।না হলে পরবর্তী year এর সাথে পরীক্ষা দেওয়া বা আলাদা করে এদের জন‍্য পরীক্ষা organized করা প্রবল ব‍্যয় বহুল হবে govt এর ক্ষেত্রে।সেই সাথে certificate এ1 year drop, university র উপর একসাথে প্রচুর চাপ পরিলক্ষিত হবে।তাই social distance এই পরীক্ষা নিতে হবে যা আমাদের দেশের অগ্রগতির জন‍্য জরুরি।

At this time, the central government has taken full responsibility to defend itself but the problem is facing our country's universities.  According to many, it is a wrong policy to take the exam in a hurry. It is the responsibility of the central government to be ignorant about the education that is being given a place on health. To be honest, health, education, reading are all important.  But in this dangerous situation, health is more important than education. In case of extinction of life, or increase in the incidence of invisible germs, it will enter every corner of the house with ease.  It will turn those students into exhausted. With that comes more talk, passing this degree according to the standard of the students. But such a big degree should not be accepted without any review.  Is this also true when all these students have the foresight and future progress of the country in their hands. So, is it just a matter of reading textbooks at university, with the idea of ​​practicality, which in a practical way opens the door to our knowledge  It is very important. Therefore, the way the private companies are working today, the government institutions are working in the same way that the university exams have to be completed through adversity. Otherwise, it will be very difficult to give exams next year or organize their exams separately.  In the case of govt. At the same time 1 year drop in certificate, there will be a lot of pressure on the university at the same time. So social distance must take this test which is important for the progress of our country.
