প্রথাগত পদ্ধতিতে Offline কেনা বেচার সাথে কাঁধে কাঁধ মিলিয়ে বাড়ছে online ক্রয় বিক্রয়,বিভিন্ন কম্পানির ই-পোর্টালের মাধ‍্যমে খুব সহজেই  access করা যায় নানা রকম দ্রব‍্য,যেমন- চাল,ডাল,আটা,কাচা শাঁখ সব্জি,মাছ, মাংস, grassary item, cosmetics , varities material।এমনকি এই ব‍্যস্ততম জীবনযাত্রায় flat কেনা,hotel বা restrurent book, final product কেনা সবই করা সম্ভব।কিন্তু সব ক্ষেত্রে কি এই online ক্রয় বিক্রয়ে বিশুদ্ধতা আছে,consumer রা কোন ভাবেই কি affected হচ্ছে না?হচ্ছে তো বটেই।এই না না রকম ই-পোর্টালে কখন cheep materials পাচ্ছে,কোথাও সঠিক final product পাচ্ছে না,কোথাও advertising এর মাধ্যমে কোন assets কিনলে তার রসিদ টাও মুদিখানা দোকানের slip এর মত,না জানি আরও কত সমস্যা।আর এই সমস্যা নিয়ে consumer দের নানান অফিসে ছুটে কাজ না হয়ে বাড়িতে বসে থাকা ছাড়া আর কোন উপায় থাকে না।তাই ভারত সরকারের একটি positive উদ্যোগ e-filing through online,cental consumer protection authority র কাছে একবারের আবেদনেই আপনার timeline কে গুরুত্ব দেওয়া হবে।শুধু তাই নয় এই authority নিজেও market এ থাকা product এর সত‍্যতা যাচাই করতে পারে সম্পূর্ণ নিজস্ব উদ্যোগে।নানা সময় নানা company তাদের মুনাফার কারনে লম্বা চওরা information দিয়ে তাদের প্রচার চালান,আর সেখানেই মানুষের উপচে পরা ভীড় লক্ষ‍্য করা যায়,সব ক্ষেত্রে না হলেও অনেক ক্ষেত্রে এই advertising এ আকৃষ্ট হয়ে  তরিঘরি ভাবে product বা materials কিনে ঠকে যান consumer রা।এভাবে সমস্যা দেখা দিলে advertising করার popular persons থেকে ঔ কম্পানির মালিক,distributer,delivery boy সবাইকেই এই শাস্তির আওতায় পরতে হবে।সরকারের উদ্যোগে 7lack,7 thousands,এমনকি সারা জীবনের কারাদন্ড ও হতে পারে।তাই এর আগেও নানা আইন থাকলেও এই আইনটি consumer দের প্রচুর help করবে সাথে company গুলি ভুল তথ‍্য প্রদান করা বন্ধ করবে বা quality product অথবা perfect slip প্রদান করবে তাই কম বা বেশী যে দামের ই product হক না কেন e-filing করাটা জরুরি,এটা প্রত‍্যেকের দায়িত্ব যাতে আগামী দিনে কোন consumer আর যাতে  না ঠকেন।

Online buying and selling is increasing side by side with the traditional way of buying and selling offline. Various products can be easily accessed through the e-portals of different companies, such as rice, pulses, flour, raw shell vegetables, fish, meat, grassary items, cosmetics,  varities material. Even in this most hectic life, buying a flat, hotel or restrurent book, final product can all be done. But in all cases, is there any purity in this online purchase and sale, consumers are not being affected in any way?  When you are getting cheep materials on e-portal, you are not getting the right final product, if you buy any assets through advertising, its receipt is like a slip in a grocery store, I don't know how many more problems. And consumers run to various offices without working  There is no other way but to sit down. So a positive initiative of the Government of India e-filing through online, your timeline will be given importance in a one time application to the central consumer protection authority.  প  At their own initiative. At various times, various companies run their campaigns with a wide range of information due to their profits, and the overflowing crowd of people can be noticed there, but not in all cases, but in many cases consumers are attracted to this advertising and buy products or materials.  If there is a problem in this way, the owner of the company, distributor, delivery boy from popular persons to advertising should all be covered under this punishment.
