Economic crisis in Saudi Arab

সম্পূর্ণ খনিজ তেলের উপর নির্ভরশীল একটি দেশ,যাকে বিশ্বে সবথেকে Welfare দেশ বলা হয় যেখানে  tax এর percentage খুবই নগন‍্য বা নেই বল্লেই ঠিক হয় সেই দেশেই বৃদ্ধি পেয়েছে tax,income tax থেকে শুরু করে petroleum এর উপরেও করা হারে tax যে দেশ কিনা বিশ্বে সব থেকে বেশী তৈল উৎপাদনের তকমা রাখে।ভারতের মত দেশে যেখানে  এত বছরে trade balance  surplus সেখানে Arabic country তে economical crises যা বিগত তিন দশকেও পরিলক্ষিত হয় নি।

হ‍্যাঁ সত‍্যিই crisis,crisis বিশ্বের বাজারে তেলের দাম পরে যাওয়ায় প্রায় শূন্যের কাছে,যে দেশে তেল ছাড়া অন‍্য বিষয়ে diversification নেই সেই দেশে তেলের রপ্তানি  কমলে অর্থনীতিতে বড় সড় চোট আসবে সেটাই তো স্বাভাবিক।

বিশ্বে প্রায় 94%খনিজ তেল  সৌদি আরব প্রতিবছর চীন,ভারত,south Korea, Japan  এর কাছে বিক্রি করে প্রচুর বৈদেশিক মুদ্রা আমদানি  করে আরব।আজ সারা বিশ্বে তেল ক্রয় করার মত দেশ কম,অর্থনৈতিক মন্দা সমগ্র বিশ্বে,ভারতের মত দেশ ক্রমাগত জোর দিয়েছে তাদের renewable  energy র বৃদ্ধির দিকে নিজস্ব independency বাড়াতে। তার পাশাপাশি  আমেরিকা আজ খনিজ জ্বালানির উৎসে পরিনত হয়েছে sal gas রপ্তানির ক্ষেত্রে অতএব 2nd option তৈরী হয়েছে বিশ্বের বাজারে। 

শুধু কি তাই সৌদি আরবের কিছু domestic decision এও fault যেমন--iran, Yaman এর সাথে যুদ্ধে  লিপ্ত হয়ে  অর্থনৈতিক ক্ষতি, আমেরিকার কাছ থেকে  প্রচুর অস্ত্রের  আমদানি, record অনুযায়ী  প্রায় 100 billion $ খরচা করেছে সৌদি আরব  অস্ত্র কেনার জন‍্য,এ     বছর হজ না হওয়ায় বিপুল অর্থের ক্ষতি,ঐ দেশের মানুষের living of standards কেউ নামাতেই ইচ্ছুক নয়,royal family গুলো একদিনেই প্রায় 10 billion $ খরচার ক্ষমতা রাখে,এর মধ‍্যেই সৌদি আরবের privatization plan covid পরিস্থিতিতে যথেষ্ট ক্ষতি স্বাধন করে,তার সাথে জরিয়ে রয়েছে  বিদেশর মাটিতে  তাদের দেশের investment যা আজ স্থগিত হয়ে পরে আছে,সব মিলিয়ে প্রচুর আর্থিক সংকটের মধ‍্যে সৌদি আরব।তাই নিজেদের দেশেই বড়বড় mega plan hold হয়ে গেছে,এই বিপুল ঘার্তি কিভাবে মেটাবে আরব সরকার?

প্রচুর বিদেশী পরিযায়ী শ্রমিকরা আরব county তে কাজের উদ্দেশ্যে যায় বিভিন্ন দেশ থেকে প্রতিবছর,সেই দেশের আর্থিক ক্ষতিকে তরান্বিত করতে বিদেশী শ্রমিকদের ছাঁটাই এটা তাদের কাছে খুব বড়সড় পথ।তাই প্রচুর unemployment হবার সম্ভাবনা বিশ্বজুরে আর ভারত ও এর মধ‍্যে সামিল,একাধারে আমেরিকার বিভিন্ন ভিসা cancel করা সাথে Arabic country র কর্মী ছাঁটাই এর সম্ভাবনা আমাদের এই বিপুল জনসংখ্যার জন‍্য অত‍্যন্ত ক্ষতিকর।তাই আগামীদিনে soudi Arab এই economical crisis চোখে পরবে সর্বত্র।

A country that is completely dependent on mineral oil, which is said to be the most welfare country in the world where the percentage of tax is very negligible or not, it is the country that has increased the tax, from income tax to petroleum.  In countries like India where there is a trade balance surplus for so many years, there are economic crises in the Arab country which have not been observed in the last three decades.

 Yes, it is true that the crisis in the world market is almost zero as the price of oil goes down. In a country where there is no diversification other than oil, a reduction in oil exports will cause a big blow to the economy.

 Saudi Arabia sells about 94% of the world's oil every year to China, India, South Korea, Japan and imports a lot of foreign exchange. Today there are few countries in the world to buy oil, the economic downturn in the world, countries like India are constantly pushing them.  To increase one's own independence towards the growth of renewable energy.  In addition, the United States has become a source of fossil fuels in the field of sal gas exports, so the 2nd option has been created in the world market.

 Is it just that some of Saudi Arabia's domestic decisions are also flawed, such as the war with Iran, the economic damage caused by the war with Yaman, the importation of large quantities of weapons from the United States, the record Saudi Arabia has spent about 100 billion dollars to buy weapons, not Hajj this year.  The huge loss of money, the living standards of the people of that country no one wants to bring down, the royal families have the ability to spend about 10 billion in a single day, meanwhile  After being suspended today, Saudi Arabia is in the midst of a huge financial crisis. So it has a big mega plan in its own country. How will the Arab government meet this huge deficit?

 Lots of foreign migrant workers go to work in Arab counties from different countries every year, and retrenchment of foreign workers is a big way for them to speed up the financial losses of that country.  The possibility of layoffs in the Arab world is extremely detrimental to our huge population. So in the future soudi Arab will see this economic crisis everywhere.
