প্রতিদিনকার জীবনে করোনার থাবা,স্বভাবিক গতানুগতিক জীবনযাত্রাকে সরিয়ে গৃহবন্ধী জীবনে অতিষ্ট হওয়া মানুষ।বিভিন্ন কর্মসংস্থায় জরিয়ে থাকা মানুষের রূজি রুটিতে টান।ফেলে আসা স্বচ্ছল জীবনে বিরতি।জ্বলছেনা ঘরে আলো,কেউ পরছেনা বই,দুমুঠো অন্নের যোগানে কাতর শ্রমিক,বেসরকারী সংস্থায় কর্মী ছাঁটাই।দুরারোগ্য ব্যধির সাথে প্রবল মানসিক চাপ,উত্তেজনা,এর মধ্যেই পরিযায়ী শ্রমিকদের ব্যকুল হয়ে ঘরে ফেরা।কেউ কারীগরি শিক্ষায় আধা তো কেউ পুরো পোক্ত।তাই কেন্দ্র ও রাজ্য সরকারের মিলিত প্রচেষ্ঠায় গরীব কল্যান রোজগার অভিযান শুরু করেছে আমাদের গ্রামীন কল্যান মন্ত্রক।6টি রাজ্য ও 116 টি জেলা নিয়ে গ্রামীন বিকাশে তৎপর হয়েছে রাজ্য,কেন্দ্র ও জেলা।বহুকাল গ্রামীন বিকাশ,গ্রামীন সড়ক যোগাযোগ,পরিকাঠামোকে গুরুত্ব দিতে পারে নি কেন্দ্র।তাই পরিযায়ী শ্রমিক দের সঠিক প্রশিক্ষনের মধ্যে দিয়ে district megistrate এর তত্বাবধানে এই উদ্যোগ সত্যিই প্রশংসনীয়।এতে পরিযায়ী শ্রমিকরা পাবে কর্মের ক্ষেত্র,সাথে উন্নত হবে গ্রাম,সুযোগ সুবিধা আসবে অনেক,আর অর্থনীতি ও ফুলে ফেঁপে উঠবে।তাই এই উদ্যোগ দ্রুতগতিতে হলে সত্যিই অগ্রগামী হবে।
