Washington Accord

অন্তঃরাষ্ট্রীয় স্তরে বিশেষত Under Graduate ইন্জিনিয়ারিং ছাত্র ছাত্রীদের জন‍্য এই Washington accordগঠিত হয়। বর্তমানে 20টি দেশ এর তত্তাবধানে হন্জিনিয়ারিং ছাত্র ছাত্রীদের জন‍্য উচ্চমান সম্পন্ন কোডিং এর উপর নির্ভর করে এই accord এর জন্য ছাত্রছাত্রীদের নির্ধারন করা হয়।ভারতের মত দেশ,যেখানে it sector এর মান,প্রসারতা ও পরীক্ষাভিত্তিক পর্যালোচনার মাধ্যমে 2010 থেকে 2014 সাল পযর্ন্ত এই accord এর সদস্য হবার অনুমতি পেয়েছে ও পরবর্তীতে এই accord এর সদস্য পদ আরও বৃদ্ধি পেয়েছে।এই গ্রহনীয়তা সমস্ত বিশ্বেরকাছে ভারতীয় it sector এর মান বৃদ্ধি করেছে।ঠিক সেই কারনেই কারিগরি বিদ‍্যায় কর্মবৃদ্ধির প্রবনতা ও বেড়েছে। বিশ্বের বড় বড় তথ্যপ্রযুক্তি সংস্থাগুলোতে একটু ভালো করে দেখলেই দেখা যায় তথ্যপ্রযুক্তিতে উচ্চপদাধিকারি  হল ভারতীয় যা বিশ্বের কাছে গৌরবান্নিত করেছে। তবে এই রকম accord শুধু Washington এই নয়,রয়েছে বিশ্বের অনান‍্য দেশেও।ভারতের এই accord এ সদস্য পদ প্রাপকের কারনে অনান‍্য দেশের accord এও যুক্ত হবার জন‍্য পথ খুলে গেছে। কোন নির্দিষ্ট institutions এর জন্য প্রতিপন্ন হয় না হয় individual person  তার উন্নত কোডিং এর মধ্যে দিয়ে।তাই ভারতের it sector এর এত প্রসারতা ও মান যে ভারত নিজে যদি অন্তঃরাষ্ট্রীয় স্তরে Delhi accord গঠন করে তা ভারতীয় হিসাবে আমাদের কাছে হবে গৌরব এর।

English Translation :

The Washington Accord was formed at the international level, especially for undergraduate engineering students.  Students are currently selected for this accord based on the high quality coding provided by the engineering students under the supervision of 20 countries.  Permission has been granted and subsequently the membership of this accord has been further increased. This acceptance has increased the value of the Indian IT sector all over the world. That is exactly why the trend of increasing work in technical education has also increased.  A closer look at some of the world's largest IT companies reveals that the top brass in IT are Indians who have made the world proud.  However, this kind of accord is not only in Washington, but also in other countries of the world. Due to the recipients of membership in this accord of India, the way has been opened to join the accord of other countries as well.  It is not for any particular institution that the individual is proved by its advanced coding. That is why India's IT sector has such breadth and value that if India itself forms the Delhi Accord at the international level, we as Indians will be proud of it.
