Good govt মানে যা বোঝায় govt of the people,by the govt,for the people(মানুষের govt,govt দ্বারা,মানুষের জন্য),কথ্য ভাষায় মানুষের জন্য,মানুষের প্রতিনিধিত্ব,মানুষের govt দ্বারা পরিচালিত একটি গনতান্ত্রিক ঘরানা। কিন্তু আজকের tag line : govt of the people,by the govt,for the political party in power যা মানুষের govt,সেই govt দ্বারাই পরিচালিত কিন্তু ক্ষমতার ব্যবহার political party র জন্য,যেটি মুষ্টিমেয় কিছু স্বৈরতান্ত্রীক govt এর ধারনা দেয়।ঠিক সেই কারনেই 43% crime record ধরা পরে সমীক্ষায় পার্লামেন্টে নির্বাচিত mpদের মধ্যে।নিজ ক্ষমতার প্রসারতায় অশিক্ষার বাতাবরনে নিন্দুকের রাজত্বে হুংকার তোলে আদর্শ নেতৃত্বের অভাব।মন্ত্রমুগ্ধের মত উচ্চারণ করে প্রবল কুৎসা আলোচনা,বিপক্ষের নোংরা রাজনীতি,ক্ষমতার কুষানে বসে চারিদিকে ঝড় তোলে দাদাগিরির, নানা রকম নোংরামির, বচসা, দলবাজি, তোলাবাজি, জুলুম,মেয়েছেলেদেরকে নিপীড়নের মাধ্যমে।অর্থনৈতিক বুনিয়াদকে ধ্বংস করে বিদেশী swiss bank এ টাকার পাহাড় বানিয়ে,প্রাধান্য দেওয়া হয় স্মাগলার,মাফিয়া, moneylender,land lenders,কালোবাজারি,chit fund owner দের,ঔধত্য দেখাতে রাতারাতি লাস ফেলছে মানুষের। কখনও মনে হয় ক্রিমিনাল,গুন্ডা গুলো তাদের হাতের পুতুল,অনেকটা পুতুল নাচের মত।সেই রাজ্যে সর্বসাধারনের জায়গা কোথায়?মুখ খোলা তো মানা।
সত্যজিৎ রায় বলেছিলেন---
"ভাল জনে রইল ভাঙ্গা ঘরে,
মন্দ যে সে সিংহাসনে চরে-
সোনার ফসল ফলায় যে তার
দুই বেলা জোটে না আহার
হীরার ক্ষণীর মজুর হয়ে কানা করি নাই।"
-------- আমাদের অর্থে ভজন কীর্তন আর আমরাই দেউলিয়া।এ কেমন দেশ?
শুধু যদি এতেই আটকে থাকত,তাও তো বুজতাম অর্থনীতি,সামাজিকতার দফারফা।কিন্তু তা তো শুধু নয়,দেশের সুরক্ষার ক্ষেত্রেও এদের প্রবল বিচরন,কখনও স্পাই এর সঙ্গে যোগাযোগ, importent information লিক হচ্ছে,মূল্যবান paper বিদেশের মাটিতে যাচ্ছে, syber crimes, security break,bank account থেকে চুরি, আবার কখনও সরাসরি দেশদ্রোহীতার কাজ করছে পার্টির মধ্যে থেকে বা তাদের অনুগামী দের দিয়ে।server গুলো এতটাই দূর্বল যে সঠিক সময়ে হ্যাকারদের ধরতে পাচ্ছে না,বিদেশী কম্পানি গুলি বিনা বাধায় এদেশের market এ নিবেশ করছে অথচ এখানকার ব্যবসাদারেরা মার খাচ্ছে।তাই সত্যি কি আমাদের জন্য না তাদের নিজেদের জন্য সরকার?
