Economical growth সাধারণ অর্থে তিনটি স্তরের মধ্যে পরিমাপ করা হয় -

একটু ভালোভাবে অনুধাবন করলে দেখা যায় যে lockdown এর পূর্বে ও lock down এর মধ্যবর্তী economical growth প্রায় তলানিতে এসে ঠেঁকেছে।তবে বর্তমানে rbi এর governor এর ঘোষণায় স্পষ্ট যে ভারতের economy, short term স্তর থেকে middle term স্তরের দিকে এগোচ্ছে ঘুরে দাঁড়ানোর প্রচেষ্টায়।সমগ্র sector এর দিকে লক্ষ্য করলে দেখা যায় যে, দেশে ও বিদেশে সমস্ত industry,export-import, manufacturing বন্ধ,কিন্তু agro based economy সক্রিয় ভাবে বজায় রয়েছে।যদিও আজকে agro based economy খুব একটা ভূমিকা রাখে না তবুও new sector -ferm industry র দিকে govt বিশেষ নজর দিয়েছে।তবে এক্ষেত্রে food chain supply কম মানে proper comunication ক্ষীণ হবার কারণে market এ এর demand কম।Agro industry র সাথে বিভিন্ন contract ferming, food production,specially ferming আমাদের middle term economical growth এ খুবই সাহায্য করতে পারে।একটি sector থেকে অন্য sector এর উৎসাহে risk বেশি হলেও তাকেই গুরুত্ব দেওয়া হচ্ছে rbi governor এর বক্তব্য অনুযায়ী।এটাকেই শুধু special importance নয় সাথে individual sector,It sector ও আমাদের অর্থনীতিকে middle term ও lng term এর ক্ষেত্রে এগিয়ে নিয়ে যেতে পারে।সেক্ষেত্রে govt এর তরফে industry গুলোর নতুন করে startup এ সাহায্যের হাত বাড়ানোটা অত্যন্ত জরুরী।পর্যবেক্ষন সরূপ,asian country গুলির manufacturing capabilities সব থেকে বেশী এবং সমগ্র এশিয়ার প্রতিটি দেশই Global supply chain এর মাধ্যমে integral পদ্ধতিতে একে অপরের সঙ্গে connected।বড় বড় company র আর্থিক নিবেশ চীনেই সবচেয়ে বেশী এবং ভিন্ন ভিন্ন দেশে একটি নির্দিষ্ট যন্ত্রাংশের multiple parts manufacturing হয়।কিন্তু বিদেশী company গুলো বর্তমানে চীনের বাজারের উপর সম্পূর্ণ নির্ভর না হয়ে পাশ্ববর্তী অন্য কিছু দেশের বাজারে মনোনিবেষ করতে চাইছে।supplymentary হিসাবে আমাদের দেশের বাজার,আমাদের অর্থনৈতিক মুনাফা বৃদ্ধিতে long term ও short term এর ক্ষেত্রে মুখ্য ভূমিকা পালন করতে পারে।এর ঠিক পাশেই রয়েছে It industry,নতুন it industry তৈরির scope ও রয়েছে ভারতীয় বাজারে।কোন কোন industry এই covid pendamic এও 5%-20% surplus show করাচ্ছে অর্থাৎ service sector এর ক্রমবিকাশের সম্ভাবনা দেখা যাচ্ছে,দেখা যাচ্ছে unemployment কমার সম্ভাবনা তাই govt এর তরফে rbi এর monetary policy র বদলের মাধ্যমে industry গুলিকে ঘুরে দাঁড়াবার জন্য economical support দেওয়া প্রয়োজন যাতে আমাদের দেশের অর্থনৈতিক বুনিয়াদ শক্ত হয়,company গুলি তাদের main capital বৃদ্ধি করতে পারে।তাই এই pendamic situation এর পর future এর জন্য permanent planning এর ক্ষেত্রে middleterm ও longterm policy যথেষ্ট যুক্তিসংগত।
