New education policy 2020

শিক্ষা  কি শুধুমাত্র পুথিগত? কেবলমাত্র সার্টিফিকেট কে কেন্দ্র করেই  গড়ে ওঠা উচিৎ? নাকি ব‍্যক্তিগত জীবনে সেই  শিক্ষা ব‍্যবস্থার গ্রহণীয়তা কার্যক্ষেত্রেও ব‍্যবহার হওয়া উচিৎ?আমাদের দেশে বর্তমানে শিক্ষার মূল্যায়ন শুধুমাত্র অত‍্যাধিক marks কে কেন্দ্র করেই হয়,থাকে না কোন ethics, logic, scientific application, alphabatic numerical identification,শেখানো হয় না maners,proper behavior,respect, Justice,social economical importance, independence, languages, art, culture, unity, maintenance, management, priority আরও কত কি?বাচ্চারা কেবল মুখস্ত বিদ‍্যার জোড়ে কারি কারি marks পাচ্ছে তার সার্টিফিকেট এ কিন্তু পরবর্তীতে অনেক ক্ষেত্রেই দেখা যায় তাদের marks অনুযায়ী তারা সাফল্য অর্যন করে না।2016 সালে formar cabinet minister sri T.S.R suvramanium  এর তত্ত্বাবধানে cental govt এর সহযোগিতায় একটি শিক্ষা কমিটি গঠন করা হয়,যা পরবর্তীতে বহু বার পরিবর্তিত হয়েছে ঠিক তেমন ই new education policy 2020 গ্রহন করল Central govt।এই কমিটির দ্বারা primary থেকে  higher level মানে school এবং collage দুই জায়গাতেই education system এর বদল আনা হয়েছে।স্কুলের ক্ষেত্রে বাচ্চাদের বিশেষ care ও fundational education এর ব‍্যবস্থা,যেমন-জীবনে স্বাভাবিক ছন্দে চলতে সব ধরনের জ্ঞান সাধারণ স্তরে দেবার ব‍্যবস্থা,মেয়েদের ও trangender দের ক্ষেত্রেও অত‍্যাধিক লক্ষ‍্য। আমাদের প্রচলিত 10+2 education system বদলে এসেছে 5+3+3+4 education system।যেখানে প্রথম 5 বছর fundational education,পরের 3 বছর preparetory, পরবর্তী 3 বছর middle education এবং সর্বশেষ 4 বছরে secondary schooling।শুধু তাই নয় ছোট বয়সেই multilingual অর্থাৎ একাধিক ভাষার উপর দক্ষতায় জোর,মাতৃভাষার ক্ষেত্রে class 5 অথবা তার পরেও গুরুত্ব বাড়ানো,তবে মাতৃভাষায় উচ্চ মানের বই এর পঠন পাঠন নির্ধারিত হয়েছে।অনেক ক্ষেত্রে বহু ছাত্র ছাত্রীদের  প্রথাগত শিক্ষায় কোন উৎসাহ দেখা যায়  না সেক্ষেত্রে একটি নির্দিষ্ট স্তরের পর নিজের choiceable subject নিয়ে vocational education এর ব‍্যবস্থা ও নিয়েছে govt নিজেই।

Technology প্রয়োগ, শিক্ষকদের প্রশিক্ষণ এর মাধ্যমে মান উন্নয়ন,ছাত্রদের কাধে ব‍্যাগের বোঝা কমানো, digitalize system এর মাধ‍্যমে high quality প্রদান, স্বাথ‍্যকেও গুরুত্ব দেওয়া হয়েছে এই policy তে।

এর সাথেই  রয়েছে report card এর ব‍্যবস্থা যা বিগত 15 বছরের schooling এর সমস্ত course, training এর complet assessment show করবে।bank এর credit,বিদেশে ও দেশে উচ্চ শিক্ষা গ্রহনের জন‍্য,নিয়মিত গঠনমূলক মূল‍্যায়নের সমষ্টিগত মূল্যায়ন ও উপযুক্ত শংসাপত্র সহ একাধিক প্রস্থান বা প্রবেশ সহ গ্রাজুয়েশনের অধীনে 3-4 বছর হবার প্রস্তাবনা,মধ‍্যগগনে কলেজছুটদের শিক্ষা complete করা,বিজ্ঞানমনস্ক চিন্তাধারাকে বজায় রেখে research ও innovative idea কে এগিয়ে দেবার জন‍্য foundation ও গঠন করতে চলেছে cental govt। এর সাথে রয়েছে দেশে বিদেশী institution এর আমন্ত্রণ,প্রত‍্যান্তরে বিদেশে দেশীয় student দের শিক্ষা গ্রহনের সুযোগ,দেশের বড় বড় private institute কে দেওয়া হয়েছে autonomy।তাই প্রকৃত অর্থে শিক্ষা কেবল sertificat আর marks এই নয় সর্বস্তরে productive capacity তৈরী করার ক্ষমতা ও প্রদান করবে যা আমাদের দেশে সমস্ত মানুষকে proper utilization এর মধ‍্যে দিয়ে দেশের structural economy ও liquid money বাড়াতে সাহায্য করবে যেখানে students হবে প্রতিটি স্তরের জন‍্যই সঠিক উপযোগী,বাস্তবসম্মত ও ব‍্যক্তিগত জীবনে শিক্ষার ব‍্যবহারে যোগ্য।

Is education only scriptural?  Who should be the center of the certificate only?  Or should the acceptance of that education system be used in the field of work in personal life? At present in our country, the evaluation of education is based only on excessive marks, there is no ethics, logic, scientific application, alphabatic numerical identification, no manners, proper behavior, respect, Justice.  , socio-economic importance, independence, languages, art, culture, unity, maintenance, management, priority, how much more?  In 2016, an education committee was formed in collaboration with the central government under the supervision of former cabinet minister Shri TSR Suvramanium, which has changed many times since then.  Collage The education system has been changed in two places. In the case of schools, special care and fundational education for children  The system, such as the system of imparting all kinds of knowledge at a normal level to run in the normal rhythm of life, is also very much in the case of girls and transgender people.  Our conventional 10 + 2 education system has changed to 5 + 3 + 3 + 4 education system. Where first 5 years fundational education, next 3 years preparetory, next 3 years middle education and last 4 years secondary schooling.  Emphasis on proficiency in multiple languages, emphasis on mother tongue in class 5 or later, but high quality textbook reading in the mother tongue is prescribed.  The govt itself has taken care of it.

 Applying technology, improving quality through teacher training, reducing the burden on students, providing high quality through digitalize system, health has also been given importance in this policy.

 It comes with a report card system that will show a complete assessment of all courses and training of the last 15 years of schooling. Bank credit, for higher education abroad and at home, a comprehensive assessment of regular structural assessment and multiple certificates of graduation with appropriate departure or entry.  The central govt is going to form a foundation to complete the education of college graduates in the middle of the year, to maintain research-minded thinking and to advance research and innovative ideas.  This includes invitations from foreign institutions in the country, opportunities for foreign students to study abroad, and autonomy given to the country's largest private institutes.  It will help all people to increase the structural economy and liquid money of the country through proper utilization where students of all levels will be able to use education in a proper, realistic and personal life.
