ভারতে চিকিৎসা ব্যবস্থার উন্নতি কল্পে দুটি প্যনেলের মাধ্যমে Indian system of medicine bill এবং the national comission for homeopathy bill পাশ হল।রাজ্যসভায় চেয়ারম্যান ভেঙ্কাইয়া নাইডু এর উপস্থিতিতে বহু আগেই এই বিল পাশ হয়ে গিয়েছিল, আর এখন লোকসভা তেও এই বিল দুটি পাশ হল। এই বিলের উদ্দেশ্য হল ভারতে medicine ও homeopathy treatment এর ক্ষেত্রে উন্নত treatment, quality institute,quality education এর মাধ্যমে medical students দের উৎকৃষ্ট doctor এ পরিনত করা, শুধু তাই নয় homeopathy medical কে researchable স্তরে উৎসাহিত করা, এতদিন ধরে যেখানে এই বিষয়ে খুব একটা ভাবাই হয় নি।ঠিক এই কারনেই একটি systematic পদ্ধতি অবলম্বন করা হয়েছে।
1)এই বিল অনুযায়ী সারা ভারতে একটি national comission গঠন করা হবে।
2) এই comission এর মধ্যেই advisory council of homeopathy গঠিত হবে।
3) এর পরবর্তীস্তরে তিনটি autonomous board তৈরী হবে যার দরুন homeopathy institute গুলোর affiliation, তাদের clg rating,কলেজ গুলোর registration, quality education provided হচ্ছে কিনা, এবং সর্বপরি students রা productive result করছে কিনা,তার সাথে তাদের physically practice কতটা ভাল হচ্ছে এই সব বিষয় নখদর্পনে রাখা হবে অর্থাৎ উৎকৃষ্ট doctor বানানোর চেষ্টা চলছে যাতে ভবিষ্যতে কোন patient কে খারাপ treatment এর সম্মুখীন হতে না হয়। এই পদ্ধতির মধ্যে national exit test এর ব্যবস্থা করা হয়েছে যা প্রতিটি students কেই final year এ গিয়ে পাশ করতে হবে নাহলে কোন registration পাওয়া যাবে না। কলেজে ভর্তির ক্ষেত্রে কলেজ rating থাকার কারনে তারা institute গুলোর মধ্যে পার্থক্য করতে পারবে।
তবে এই বিলের মাধ্যমে একটি বড়সড় পরিবর্তন এসেছে তা হল homeopathy treatment এ researchable স্তর, এত বছর এই শাখায় উচ্চ শিক্ষা বলতে বোঝাত graduate এর পর post -graduate কিন্তু এক্ষেত্রে আরও এক ধাপ এগুলো অর্থাৎ phd ও research। Research এর ক্ষেত্রে students রা বিশেষ ব্যবস্থা পাবে।
তাই এই দুটি বিলের পাশ ' আয়ুষ্মান ভারতকে ' আরও একধাপ এগিয়ে দিল যা এত বছরের 1970 ও 1973 এর homeopathy treatment এর নীতিকে সামনে এগিয়ে নিতে সক্ষম হয়েছে।
এর সাথে সাথে গরিবদের ক্ষেত্রে স্বপ্ল মূল্যে ঔষধ ক্রয় করার সুবিধা হবে যখন research কে কাজে লাগিয়ে various medicine, quality medicine তৈরী হবে। market এ ঔষধের availability র কারনে export বৃদ্ধি পাবে, দেশে নতুন করে medicine manufacturing হবে, নতুন job creation, unemployment reduce করবে, সবদিক থেকে human health, economical growth, export import বৃদ্ধি পাবে যা সরাসরি আমাদের standard of living কে বাড়াবে।

English Translation :
The Indian System of Medicine Bill and the National Commission for Homeopathy Bill were passed in two panels to improve the medical system in India. The bill was passed long ago in the presence of Chairman Venkaiah Naidu in the Rajya Sabha, and is now in the Lok Sabha. The purpose of this bill is to make medical students the best doctors in India through advanced treatment, quality institutes, quality education in the field of medicine and homeopathy treatment, not only that but also to encourage homeopathy medical at researchable level. For this reason, a systematic approach has been adopted.
1) According to this bill, a national commission will be formed all over India.
2) In the midst of this commission, an advisory council of homeopathy will be formed.
3) At the next level, three autonomous boards will be formed to ensure affiliation of homeopathy institutes, their clg rating, college registration, quality education being provided, and above all whether the students are doing productive results, along with how well their physical practice is doing. Attempts are being made to make an excellent doctor so that no patient has to face bad treatment in the future. In this system, national exit test has been arranged which every student has to pass in the final year otherwise no registration will be available. Having a college rating for college admissions will allow them to differentiate between institutes.
However, a big change has come with this bill is the researchable level in homeopathy treatment, for so many years higher education in this branch meant post-graduate after graduation but in this case one more step these are phd and research. Students will get special arrangements for research.
So the passage of these two bills took 'Ayushman Bharat' one step further which has been able to take forward the policy of homeopathy treatment of 1970 and 1973 for so many years.
At the same time, in the case of the poor, it will be convenient to buy medicines at affordable prices, while various medicines and quality medicines will be made using research. Due to the availability of medicines in the market, exports will increase, new medicine manufacturing will be done in the country, new job creation, unemployment will be reduced, human health, economic growth, export import will increase from all sides which will directly increase our standard of living.
