রাষ্ট্রীয় শিক্ষানীতি, সামাজিক ও অর্থনৈতিক দিক থেকে প্রগতিশীল মানসিকতা কে আরও এক ধাপ এগিয়ে দিল।কিছু দিন আগেই ভারত সরকারের New education policy 2020 সভাবতই স্বাভাবিক শিক্ষার গতিবিধিকে কিছুটা হলেও বদলে দিয়েছে।আর আজ রাষ্ট্রীয় শিক্ষা নীতি network এর মাধ্যমে পৌঁছে যেতে চলেছে গ্রাম, শহর, প্রতিটি গলি সর্বক্ষেত্রে।শিক্ষা হল সমাজের একটি গাঠনিক মেরুদণ্ড যা প্রতিটি ব্যক্তিকে জ্ঞান, practicality, passion, proper jugement, skillful এবং একজন সঠিক learner তৈরী করে। এই policy শুধু degree কেই গুরুত্ব দেবে না দেবে একজন ছাত্রের প্রকৃত শিক্ষার মর্যাদা। তাই এই policy র কিছু marits আছে।
1) 'digital india','skill india', ' sabka sath sabka bikash', 'atmanirvar bharat',কে সঙ্গে নিয়ে প্রতিটি সাধারণ ঘরেই পৌছে যাবে এই education policy।
2) digital platform এর ব্যপক প্রয়োগ শিক্ষার বিস্তার কে সমতা প্রদান করবে।
3) Networking, digital platform এর জন্য education system আমাদের দেশের economy বৃদ্ধিতেও এগিয়ে নিতে সাহায্য করবে।
4) একজন student এর ক্ষেত্রে class 12 এর পর যেকোন প্রকার stream choose করার বিষয়ে কোন বাধ্যবাধকতা থাকবে না সেক্ষেত্রে তাদের ইচ্ছা বা কর্মদক্ষতার উপরেই নির্ভর করে সে stream choose করতে পারবে, পারিবারিক দিক থেকে কোন বাধা থাকবে না।
5) এই policy কেবলমাত্র অত্যাধিক marks পাবার ক্ষেত্রেই গুরুত্ব দেবে না প্রতিটি ছাত্রই পরামুখস্তের পরিবর্তে পরা থেকে ব্যক্তিগত জীবনে ও পাঠ্যক্রমে জ্ঞান বাড়াতে সক্ষম হবে।
6) creative, jugementable, analytical, মানসিকতাকে রপ্তকরার মাধ্যমে productive economy গঠনে সাহায্য করবে।
7) প্রতিটি ছাত্রই vocational training, বা proper skilling এর মাধ্যমে দেশকে আগে নিয়ে যেতে সাহায্য করবে।
8) এই পদ্ধতিতে student দের সাথে সাথে teacher দের ও সঠিক traning দেওয়া সম্ভব হবে।
9) আগামী দিনে এই শিক্ষার দরুন national ও international স্তরেও চাকরি পাবার সম্ভবনা তৈরি হবে।
10) এই রাষ্ট্রীয় শিক্ষা নীতি প্রতিটা যুবাকে একত্রিত করার জন্য মুখ্য ভূমিকা পালন করবে।
11) প্রতিটি international inistitution কেও এই রাষ্ট্রীয় শিক্ষা নীতির দরুন দেশে বা বিদেশে থেকেই তাদের পাঠ্যক্রম প্রায় সকলের কাছেই পৌঁছে দেওয়া সম্ভব হবে।
12) দেশী inistitution গুলির মধ্যেও compitative মানসিকতা প্রকাশ হবে। তাতে inistitution এর grade কেও বাড়ানোর প্রয়াস করবে, তার দরুন standarity বৃদ্ধি পাবে প্রতিটি inistitution এর।
13) ছোট ছোট বাচ্চাদের ক্ষেত্রে অতিরিক্ত ব্যগের বোঝা আগামী দিনে তাকে শারীরিক ভাবে অনেক দুর্বল করে তুলছে।
14) এই policy দরুন প্রতিটি ছাত্র কেবলমাত্র একমুখী শিক্ষাই নয় বহু বিষয়ে বহু ঞ্জান অর্যন করবে তাতে রাষ্ট্রবাদের ধাপ তৈরী হতে দেশের জন্য সঠিক নেতৃত্ব choose করাতে মুখ্য ভূমিকা পালন করবে।
সেদিক থেকে দেখতে গেলে national education policy একজন ছাত্রকে যুক্তিবাদী, সঠিক চিন্তাশীল, বিচার্যপূর্ণ, সার্বিক ঞ্জান বিকাশে সাহায্য করবে ঠিকই কিন্তু এর কিছু অন্তরায় আছে।
1) সারা ভারতে একত্রিত এই শিক্ষা ব্যবস্থা প্রয়োগ হলে কিছু বেকার, কিছু ছোট ছোট private inistitute তাদের আর্থিক উপার্যন থেকে বঞ্চিত হবে।
2) প্রত্যন্ত গ্রাম অঞ্চলে কেন্দ্রীয় শিক্ষা নীতি প্রসার করার চেষ্টা করা হলেও আজও তা সঠিক ভাবে পৌঁছাতে পারে নি। তাই ভারতের সর্বস্থানে একত্রিত শিক্ষা বিস্তার পৌঁছানোর সংকল্প কার্যকারী করা সম্ভব নয়।
3) শুধু ঞ্জান অর্যনই নয় তার সাথে practical, lab, researchable platform physically হওয়া প্রয়োজন যা এই online মাধ্যমে সম্ভব নয়।
4) online platform হবার দরুন সামাজিক মেলবন্ধন, ছাত্র ছাত্রের প্রতি, শিক্ষক ছাত্রের প্রতি যে সম্পর্ক তা কখনই এই পদ্ধতির মাধ্যমে তৈরী করা সম্ভব নয়।
5) পরাশুনার পাশাপাশি স্কুল বা কলেজের শিক্ষায় একটি ছাত্রকে মানবিকভাবে উদ্ভুদ্ধ করার সাথে সাথে সার্বিক দিক থেকে শক্তিশালী, দৃঢ় মানসিকতা,সংকল্প নেবার জন্য co curricular activities, gaming, project, cultural organization ও educational excursion ,এই গুলি মুখ্য ভূমিকা পালন করে কিন্তু online education এর দরুন তা কেবলমাত্র বাক্স বন্ধি জীবনে বাঁচতে শেখায়, জীবনের স্বচ্ছলতা মুক্ত হয়।
6) এই শিক্ষা নীতির দরুন বড় বড় অনেক inistitute বন্ধ হবার জোগাড় হবে আর তাতে অনেক unemployment generate হবে।
তাই এই Online platform, জ্ঞানের ভান্ডার পুরোন করলেও কিছু ক্ষেত্রে অন্তরায় প্রদান করবে, তাই এই অন্তরায় গুলোর কথা মাথায় রেখে আগামী দিনে online education এর পাশাপাশি physical education কেও গুরুত্ব দেওয়া প্রয়োজন।

11) Every international institution will be able to make their curriculum available to almost everyone from home or abroad due to this state education policy.
12) Competitive mentality will be expressed in the midst of local institutions. It will also try to increase the grade of the institution, due to which the standarity of each institution will increase.
13) In the case of small children, the burden of extra adulthood is making him physically weaker in the future.
14) Due to this policy, every student will not only learn one-way education but will also learn a lot of knowledge on many issues.

1) If this education system is implemented all over India, some unemployed, some small private institutes will be deprived of their financial income.

3) Not only knowledge but also practical, lab, researchable platform needs to be physically which is not possible through this online medium.
