ভারতে সম্প্রতি সম্প্রচারিত হল IMC 2020 অর্থাৎ Indian mobile congress 2020। যে স্থানে প্রধানমন্ত্রীর উপস্থাপনা ছিল চোখে পড়ার মত। তাঁর digital চিন্তা ভাবনা আগামীদিনের ভারতকে আরও একধাপ এগিয়ে  নিয়ে যেতে চলেছে। তার নতুন scheme PLI scheme, digital India, fiber conectivity, Industrial connectivity, digital technology, mobile technology সত্যিই ভারতের নাগরিকদের বহুভাবেই উপকৃত করেছে।

পৃথিবীর বুকে ঘটে চলা covid pendamic এ Internet facility, তার uses বহুগুনে বেড়ে গেছে। শুধু তাই নয়, এই মুহূর্তের পরিস্থিতি, রোগের প্রতিকারের জন‍্য guidelines, medicine, new সবই সম্পন্ন হয়েছে digital পদ্ধতিতে ঘরে বসেই। এমনকি industry, share market, investment, communication সবই দ্রুততার সাথে সম্পন্ন হয়েছে digital inclusion এর মধ‍্যে দিয়ে।

তাই এই IMC 2020 এর ব‍্যবস্থাপনা govt ও private sector কে এক ছত্রছায়ায় এনে দাঁড় করিয়েছে। গ্রামে gas, banking facility, govt এর financial help সরাসরি public এর হাতে এসে পৌঁছেছে।

তবে covid এর বাইরেও educational sector, school, clg, adhar card, pan card, এই সব স্থানেই digital india র উপস্থিতি চোখে পড়ার মত। এই digital india ই গ্রামকে শহর ও শহর কে নগরের সাথে সংযোগ করেছে।

Business এর দিকে তাকালে দেখা যায় যে, specially telecom sector এর development, তার marketing, private public patnership এর ক্রমবিকাশ, সেখানকার investment ও প্রশংসনীয়। এই মুহূর্তে বেশকিছু রাজ‍্যে 5G towers ও বসানো হয়েছে, সেখানে demand ও তৈরী হয়েছে employment এর। এক সময় মানুষ work from home এর কথা ভাবেই নি কিন্তু আজ তাও সম্ভব হয়ে digital inclusion এর মধ‍্যে দিয়ে। Digitally money transferred, যেকোন bill payment, buying, selling যেকোন product, International - national security, data transfer, weather broadcast যা কেবলমাত্র কিছু apps এর মাধ্যমে বা নির্দিষ্ট website এর মাধ্যমে অতি দ্রুততার সাথে সম্পন্ন করা সম্ভব। সেই স্থান থেকে ভারতকে পিছনে টেনে আনা এক প্রকার অসম্ভব। তবে এর পাশাপাশি আরও কিছু জিনিসের কথা প্রধানমন্ত্রীর ভাষনে উঠে এসেছে তা হল e - weate, যা কিছু policy, technology বা law এর মাধ্যমে Handel করতে হবে।তাই তার proper handeling হবার জন‍্য telecom sector  বা তা সম্ভব না হলে environment ministry র এই দ্বায়িত্ব নিতে হবে    যাতে তার সঠিক ব‍্যবস্থা বা পুনঃব‍্যবহার করা যায়,  যাতে আগামী দিনে এটি বিশালাকার সমস‍্যায় পরিনত না হয়। একমাত্র তবেই govt ও private sector এর সম্মিলিত প্রচেষ্টা সাফল‍্যমন্ডিত হবে।

English Translation :

Recently broadcast in India is IMC 2020 i.e. Indian mobile congress 2020.  The Prime Minister's presentation at that place was eye-catching.  His digital thinking is going to take India one step further in the future.  His new scheme PLI scheme, digital India, fiber connectivity, industrial connectivity, digital technology, mobile technology has really benefited the citizens of India in many ways.

 Internet facility, covid pendamic happening in the heart of the world, its uses have increased manifold.  Not only that, the situation at the moment, the guidelines for the cure of the disease, medicine, new have all been done digitally at home.  Even industry, share market, investment, communication have all been completed quickly through digital inclusion.

 Therefore, the management of this IMC 2020 has brought the govt and the private sector under one umbrella.  In the village gas, banking facility, govt's financial help has reached directly to the public.

 However, outside of covid educational sector, school, clg, adhar card, pan card, the presence of digital india in all these places is noticeable.  This digital india connects the village with the city and the city with the city.

 Looking at the business, it can be seen that the development of the telecom sector in particular, its marketing, the development of private public partnership, investment there and commendable.  At the moment, 5G towers have been installed in several states, there is demand and employment has been created.  At one time people did not think of work from home, but today it is possible through digital inclusion.  Digitally money transfer, any bill payment, buying, selling any product, International - national security, data transfer, weather broadcast which can be done very fast only through some apps or through certain website.  It is almost impossible to pull India back from that place.  However, in addition to this, some other things have come up in the speech of the Prime Minister, which is e-weate, which has to be handled through some policy, technology or law.  So that it can be properly disposed of or reused, so that it does not become a giant problem in the future.  Only then will the combined efforts of the govt and the private sector be successful.
