ভারতে Unorganized sector এর labors দের বর্তমান স্থিতি, তাদের কর্মস্থলের পরিমান, bounded labor, migrant worker দের কর্মের বর্তমান চাহিদা, their livelihood, nutrition, health issues এমননি বেশকিছু বিষয়ে survey করার উদ্দেশ্যে এই প্রথম এত বড় ভাবে digitally 5 টি survey র মাধ্যমে data প্রস্তুত করা হচ্ছে। এর আগে এত বড় data survey unorganized sector এর labor দের উদ্দেশ্যে করা হয় নি।
বেশ কিছু সমীক্ষার report অনুযায়ী ভারতে প্রায় 92% লোকেরাই unorganized sector এ কাজ করে এবং মাত্র 8% organized sector এ। সেক্ষেত্রে govt এর বিভিন্ন সময় বিভিন্ন scheme, organized sector এর কাছে পৌঁছালেও unorganized sector এর labor দের হাতে পৌঁছায় না। ফলে তাদের life এর enlightment, lifestyle, nutrition, health, education, generation implement যথেষ্ট ক্ষতিগ্রস্থ হতে থাকে। বেশীর ভাগ ক্ষেত্রেই দেখা যায় যে, govt এর বিভিন্ন স্কিম এর নাম, কাদের জন্য কোন স্কিম applicable তাই তারা জানে না। আবার এটাও দেখা যায় যে govt এর কাছে unorganized sector এর labor দের যে data থাকে তা কতটা accourate সেটিও বিচার্যের বিষয়। পাশাপাশি, huge labor দের সমীক্ষা, বিভিন্ন level বা versatile parameters এ তাদের পর্যালোচনা করার ক্ষেত্রে digital platform ই একমাএ পন্থা হয়ে দাঁড়ায়। সেক্ষেত্রে unorganized labor রা online platform এ সেই রকম digitally flexible না হবার কারনে govt এর নজরে আসতে পারে না। বিভিন্ন labor officials, scheme processing maker of state & central govt, একদম lower level of scheme officials দের সঙ্গে, labor দের interaction gap থাকার কারনে proper data তৈরী করা সম্ভব হয় না। তাই অনেক সময় sample data কে use করা হয় যেটি accourate data তৈরি করতে পারে না।
তাই এই বিষয়গুলিকে পাঁচটি stage এ survey করার জন্য govt কে একটু সতর্কতা অবলম্বন করতে হবে প্রকৃত data প্রস্তুত করার জন্য।
এমনকি তাদের কাজের পরিমান অর্থাৎ কত % লোক কর্মস্থলের সঙ্গে যুক্ত, কত % লোকেদের এখনো কাজের প্রয়োজন, তাদের problems গুলি individually define করতে হবে। তবে Unorganized sector এর labor দের সমস্যা থেকে বেড় করে আনা সম্ভব। বিশেষত এটি খেয়াল রাখতে হবে যে, এই unorganized sector এর উপরেই ভারতের economical growth প্রায় 50% department। specially construction company, marketing company ও অন্যান্য labor oriented organization এর ক্ষেত্রে ভারত সরকারের তরফে সঠিকভাবে সুরক্ষা প্রদান করা যথেষ্ট জরুরি। তাই digital পদ্ধতির মাধ্যমে যাতে তারা govt এর data র সঙ্গে flexibility accessible হতে পারে তার দিকে নজর রাখতে হবে। তবেই এই mapping এর উদ্দেশ্য বা লক্ষ্যমাত্রা সঠিক হবে ও দেশের আর্থিক স্থিতিও স্বাভাবিক থাকবে।

Due to the interaction gap between different labor officials, scheme processing maker of state & central govt, and lower level of scheme officials, it is not possible to create proper data. So many times sample data is used which cannot create accourate data.
Therefore, in order to survey these issues in five stages, the govt has to be a little careful in preparing the actual data.
Even the amount of their work i.e. what% of people are associated with the workplace, what% of people still need work, their problems have to be defined individually. However, it is possible to get rid of the problems of unorganized sector labor. In particular, it should be noted that above this unorganized sector, India's economic growth is about 50%. In the case of specially construction companies, marketing companies and other labor oriented organizations, it is important for the Government of India to provide proper protection. So we have to keep an eye on the digital system so that they can be flexible accessible with govt's data. Only then will the purpose of this mapping be correct and the financial position of the country will remain normal.
