শ্রী শ্রী মহর্ষি রামকৃষ্নদেবের বক্তব্য ছিল,"যত মত তত পথ"এই কথাটি সর্বস্তরে প্রসিদ্ধ।কখনও রাজনৈতিক স্তরে,তো কখনও সামাজিক স্তরে গোষ্ঠীদন্ধে বা গোষ্ঠীকেন্দ্রীভূত করনে,বিজ্ঞানের মঞ্চে,উৎস হতে নিন্মস্তর সর্বক্ষেত্রেই একই ছবি। এত কাব্যিক বা ধার্মিক ব্যখ্যা কেন দিচ্ছি?না না একটু মসকরার আড়ালে আমি Anti defection law এর কথা বলছি।রাজীব গান্ধীর তত্ত্বাবধানে ভারতীয় সংবিধানের দশম তপসিলে এই আইনটি তৈরী করা হয়েছিল কোন রাজনৈতিক দলের আনুগত্যের পরিবর্তন আনতে যা অনেক সময় নানা ধরনের মতানৈক্যের কারনেও হয়। হ্যা আমি বলছি সেই দলটির সম্পর্কে কথা,যারা কিনা মনে করে রাজনৈতিক গরিমা কেবল একটি পরিবার কেন্দ্রীক,একটি দল গঠিত হয় বহু মানুষের মতের মিলনে,অন্যদের সর্মর্থনের দ্বারা,তার মানে এটা নয় সেই নেতৃত্বের মূলে যিনি,সেই পদ হবে বংশানুক্রমিক।ঐ রাজনৈতিক দলে বহু মানুষের নিজস্ব মতামত ও নেতৃত্বের ক্ষমতা আছে।তার সেই ক্ষমতাকে গুরুত্ব না দেওয়া,মানে রাজনীতি তা গনতান্ত্রিক পদ্ধতিকে অবমাননা করছে,নেপটিজম তো এখানেও রয়েছে।সেই সুযোগে অন্য দলের রাজনৈতিক নেতারা বিরোধী পক্ষের স্বামর্থ্য যুক্ত লোকগুলোকে নিজস্ব দলে জায়গা করে দিচ্ছে।এক্ষেত্রে এটা হল তাদের দুই রকম জয়,নিজস্ব কেন্দ্রীভূত করণ ও কুটনৈতিক স্তরে উচ্চ পদে আসীন করে দলকে মজবুতি করণ। এক্ষেত্রে অনেকের মনে হতে পারে যেকোন একটি দলকে support করা হচ্ছে,কিন্তু তা নয়, ভালো, খারাপ, ক্রিটিসিজম সব দলেই বর্তমান তবে,রাজনৈতিক মঞ্চে নেতৃত্ব তাদেরই দেওয়া উচিত যারা নেতৃত্ব দেবার ক্ষমতা রাখে,আর এই কথাটা সমস্ত দলকেই মনে রাখা দরকার।না হলে কংগ্রেস, তৃনমূল শুধু নয় আরও অনেক দলেই আগামী দিনে ভাঙন দেখা দেবে।এটিকে মাথায় নিয়েই একটি দল এর পথপ্রদর্শক হতে পারে।একটি দল কখনই একক মতাদর্শে তৈরী হতে পারে না।এটি অত্যন্ত নিরবুদ্ধিতার পরিচয়।
