Job এর ক্ষেত্রে sale,এটা কেউ কখনও শুনেছো?হাস‍্যকর শোনালো তাই না? হ‍্যা হাস‍্যকর ই বটে।কোনদিন একথা কেউ শোনেনি,শুনবেও না কেউ, আর এমনটা হবেও না কোনদিন।কিন্তু একটা job creation হতে পারে যদি আমরা এই বিষয় গুলোকে অনুধাবন করি।আমাদের দেশে এক রাজ‍্য থেকে অন‍্য রাজ‍্যে পরিযায়ী শ্রমিকরা তাদের পরিবারকে ছেড়ে দিনের পর দিন একা থাকে Industrial area, Hotel, Restaurant এর পাশ্ববর্তী অস্বাথ‍্যকর পরিবেশে।কাজের ফাঁকে অন্ন জোগাড় করেন নিকটবর্তী ধাবা বা ছোট দোকান থেকে।আর এই খাবারের একবেলার থালির দাম অন্তত 50-60₹ করে।কেউ হয়ত নিজেই রান্না করে খান স্বাস্রয়ের তাগিদে কিন্তু পরবর্তী তে malnutrition এ ভোগেন ও বড়সড় অসুস্থতা চোখে পরে।এই সব কিছু মাথায় রেখে আমাদের দেশের 10 টি স্টেট community canteen এর ব‍্যবস্থা করেছে প্রতিদিন তিন বেলা যৎসামান‍্য অর্থ,5-10 ₹টাকার থালির subsidies দিয়ে, কিন্তু সমস্যা হয় তখন যখন govt এর তরফ থেকে টাকা আসতে অসুবিধা হয়।তাই এটাকে মাথায় রেখে এই canteen কে যদি সম্পূর্ণ Independ করা যায় কিছু বাড়তি টাকা 15-20₹থালি দিয়ে তবে govt এর সহযোগিতা কম বা না আসলেও এই canteen চালানো সম্ভব,যে অর্থটা বাইরের থালির থেকে স্বপ্ল মূল্যের।তবে ভারত সরকার চাইলে pradhan mantri garib kollan yojna য় যে অর্থে 5 কিলো গম ও 1 কিলো ছোলা দেয় যার বেশীরভাগ ই এই শ্রমিকরা বাজারে বিক্রি করে তাদের আহারের ব‍্যবস্থা করে তা হতে কিছু অর্থ যদি এই community canteen দেওয়া হয় তবে govt 1.2 million job ও 90 million meals প্রতিদিন তৈরী করতে পারে যা প্রচুর পরিমান অর্থ save করাতে পারে govt এর,সেই সাথে প্রচুর অর্থনৈতিক growth,উন্নতি,malnutration এর ঘার্তি,job creation ও হতে পারে তাই এই কার্যকারিতা সত‍্যিই গ্রহনীয়।

In case of job sale, has anyone ever heard of it? It sounds ridiculous, doesn't it?  This is ridiculous. No one has ever heard of it, no one will listen to it, and it will never happen again. Migrant workers from one state to another leave their families alone day after day in our country.  There is an unhealthy environment around the industrial area, hotel, restaurant. In the gap of work, gather food from the nearest dhaba or small shop. And the price of a one-time plate of this food is at least 50-60।.  With all this in mind, 10 state community canteens in our country have set up three canteens a day for the same amount of money, with a plate subsidy of -10 5-10, but the problem is when it is difficult to get money from the govt.  So keeping this in mind, if this canteen can be made completely Independ with some extra 15-20 ₹ thali, then the cooperation of govt is less or not, it is possible to run this canteen, which is worth the money from the outside thali.
