নারীর উন্নতি, নারীর মর্যাদা, নারীর শিক্ষা, অর্থনৈতিক, রাজনৈতিক বা সামাজিক দৃষ্টিকোণ থেকে মেয়েদের উদ্দেশ্যে দৃষ্টিভঙ্গি বদলানো একান্ত প্রয়োজন।আজ থেকে ১০ বা ২০ বছর আগে একটি মেয়ের শিক্ষা গ্রহনের স্তর হত মাধ্যমিক বা উচ্চমাধ্যমিক স্তর পর্যন্ত।গ্রাম ও শহরের ভিত্তিতে মেয়েদের পরিস্থিতি দুটি ভিন্ন পর্যায়ে বিভক্ত ছিল, যা আজ কিছুটা পরিবর্তিত।আজ গ্রাম বা শহর প্রতিটি স্থানেই মেয়েরা প্রায় Graduation level পর্যন্ত পৌঁছেছে ।তবে সামাজিক স্তরে শিক্ষা গ্রহনের পরেই তার বৈবাহিক জীবন অতিবাহিত করার জন্য কথা বার্তা উঠতে থাকে।তবে কি এত কিছুর পরে সংসার ধর্মটাই মেয়েদের একমাত্র পরিনতি? প্রতিটি মেয়ের বৈশয়িক জীবন অতিবাহিত করাটা খারাপ কিছুই নয় তবে তার ছোটবেলা থেকে শিক্ষা গ্রহনীয়তার প্রয়োগ কোথায়? আর এই প্রথাগত মানসিকতারই বদল প্রয়োজন।সমাজ গঠনে, রাষ্ট্র নেতৃত্বে, অর্থনৈতিক ক্ষেত্রে অংশগ্রহন প্রয়োজন মেয়েদের।বহুক্ষেত্রে দেখা যায় বৈশয়িক জীবনেও মেয়েরা তাদের অধিকার বা বক্তব্য স্বষ্ট করে বলতে পারে না। তাই এই অবহেলিত পরিস্থিতিকে বদলাবার নিরিখে তাদের কে অর্থনৈতিক স্তরে সক্ষমতা প্রদান করাতে হবে, সামাজিক ও সাংসারিক ক্ষেত্রে মর্যাদা পূর্ণ করে তুলতে হবে।আজ কাল প্রায়ই শোনা যায় কর্মক্ষেত্রে মেয়েরা iptising এর স্বীকার, শুধু প্রাইভেট sector ই নয় govt এর ক্ষেত্রেও এই প্রবনতা পরিলক্ষিত হচ্ছে। পাশাপাশি বাবা মায়েরা স্কুল, কলেজ, পাড়া সর্বক্ষেত্রেই মেয়েদের স্বাভাবিক বিচরনে ভয় পান যাতে কখন তাদের মেয়েরা physically বা mentally harassment হয়। আজ gender equality র কথা উঠলে কর্মক্ষেত্রে অনেক স্থানেই আজ মেয়েরা অংশগ্রহন করছে যা শুধুমাত্র ছেলেদের স্থান ছিল, তবুও সেই সব স্থানে মেয়েদের ভূমিকা নগন্য যা equal মানসিকতা প্রদান করে না যা বদলানো অত্যন্ত প্রয়োজন। আমাদের দেশের প্রতিনিধিত্বের সর্বোচ্চ স্থান Parliament এও মেয়েদের প্রতিনিধিত্ব যথেষ্ট কম যা মেয়েদের ভূমিকাকে কিছুটা খর্ব করে। বদল এসেছে, আসছে, আসবে তবুও নারীশিশু হত্যা, বধু নির্যাতন, অ্যসিড attack, মেয়ে পাচার, মেয়েদের দ্বারা নোংরামি করানোর রেকেট, নারী সমাজকে অনেকাংশেই পিছিয়ে রেখেছে।এই সমস্ত ঘটনা চরম ঘৃনিত ও দন্ডনীয় অপরাধ। তাই ভারতসরকারের scheme 'বেটি পরাও বেটি বাঁচাও অভিযান ' রাজ্য সরকারের ' রুপশ্রী ', ' কন্যাশ্রী ' সর্বজন বিদিত।
বর্তমান Research অনুযায়ী মেয়েরা ছেলেদের অপেক্ষা ২৭% ledership maintain করার ক্ষমতা বেশী রাখে। কেন্দ্র সরকারের তৎপরতায় মেয়েদেরকে vocational traning দিতে হবে technical, non technical, buisness গঠনে যা তাদের অগ্রগতিতে মুখ্য ভূমিকা পালন করবে। economical importance বাড়াতে ও মেয়েদের valuation বৃদ্ধি করতে সম্প্রতি ছেলেদের সমান equal property rights ও দেওয়া হয়েছে মেয়েদের। তবে আগামী দিনে মেয়েদেরকে leadership, social security, structural economy, policy গ্রহন , workings place security, social values, পরিষ্কার বক্তব্য পেশ, power, independence, আত্মমর্যাদা, identity রক্ষার উদ্দেশ্যে একজন inspiring person হিসাবে একক বা কোন সম্মিলিত গোষ্ঠীর দ্বারা গ্রামীন বা শহুরে এলাকায় পজেটিভ মানসিকতা ছড়িয়ে দিতে হবে যাতে সমতা বিধানের মাধ্যমে দেশ, জাতি, রাষ্ট্রের গর্ব, ঐতিহ্য,মর্যাদা ও প্রগতি নিশ্চিতরূপে বিশ্বের দরবারে প্রকাশ পায়।

In order to increase the economic importance and increase the valuation of girls, girls have recently been given equal property rights.
