সমগ্র বিশ্ব আজ Covid - 19 এর স্বীকার। এই ভাইরাসের প্রকোপে বহু মানুষের প্রান নাশ ও প্রান সংশয় হয়েছে। থমকে গেছে মানুষের স্বাভাবিক চলাফেরা, বদলেছে জীবন যাত্রার গতিবিধি ও কিছু সুঅভ্যাস। এর সাথেই আটকে পরেছে সব দেশের অর্থনীতি, প্রগতি, শিক্ষা, মানবিক মেলবন্ধন, সামাজিকতা। অর্থনীতি ধীরে ধীরে ঘুরে দাড়াবার চেষ্ঠায় থাকলেও, শিক্ষায় ছোট ছোট শিশুদের মধ্যে এসেছে মানসিক অবসাদ, কমেছে বন্ধুত্বের খুনসুটি, একটি স্বাভাবিক দৈনন্দিন জীবনের আনন্দ। সামাজিক ভাবে, স্বাথ্যগত ভাবে, শিক্ষা গ্রহনের ক্ষেত্রে একাগ্রতা কমার জন্য শিশুদের শৈশবকাল লুপ্ত হয়েছে। শিক্ষায় এসেছে পরিবর্তন, বাড়ি বসে online এ শিক্ষা গ্রহন, এক্ষেত্রে ভাইরাসের প্রাদুর্ভাব থেকে বাচ্চাদের কে রক্ষা করা সম্ভব হলেও, বাকি সমস্ত ক্ষেত্রে এর নেতিবাচক ছাপ পরিষ্কার ফুটে উঠেছে। Academic শিক্ষার পাশাপাশি co - caricular activity গুলো যে কিছুটা তাদের একঘেয়েমি কাটিয়ে, বুদ্ধিমত্তার প্রকাশ করত, শারীরিক শক্তিকে মজবুত করত, একে অপরের মধ্যে যে কোন বিষয় নিয়ে তর্ক বিতর্ক চলত, খুনসুটি, আড্ডা, নিজেদের মধ্যে প্রতিযোগিতা, কোন বিষয়ের দেওয়া নেওয়া ও আটকে গেছে ক্রমাগত।
Academic শিক্ষার ক্ষেত্রে online এ বসে পঠন পাঠনে, দ্বীর্ঘ সময় এক নাগারে বসে থাকার ফলে, তাদের শিক্ষায় দৃঢ় মনযোগীতার অভাব দেখা দিচ্ছে, সবই যাচ্ছে মাথার উপর দিয়ে। কারও কারও কাছে তো online শিক্ষা গ্রহনের জন্য উপযুক্ত ইলেকট্রিসিটি, ইন্টারনেট, কম্পিউটারের ও অভাব যথেষ্ট পরিমাণে ছিল।
তাই কেন্দ্র সরকার আজ ও শিক্ষা ক্ষেত্রে নতুন guideline তৈরী করেছে। উচ্চ ক্লাসের বাচ্চাদের জন্য physically school এ আসার জন্য নির্দেশ জারি করেছে। তবে এখনই online শিক্ষাকে বাদ দিয়ে physically attenden করা কতটা গ্রহন যোগ্য তা নিয়ে উচ্চমহলে তুমুল ঝড় উঠেছে।
তাই প্রয়োজন eliminatery শিক্ষার জন্য online ও offline education এর মধ্যে balance create করা। practical, personal quary, thesis এর ক্ষেত্রেই কেবল offline education উচিত কিনা সেটাই বিচার্য।
সেরকমই কিছু effective steps হল -
1) online এ primary level এ একটানা ৪ - ৫ ঘন্টা পঠন পাঠনের জন্য কিছুটা বিরতি দেওয়া। যেমন eliminatary level এর জন্য ২ টো session ও উচ্চ level এর জন্য minimum ৪ টি session দেওয়া প্রয়োজন যাতে বাচ্চাদের পঠন পাঠনে মনোযোগ বাড়ে।
2) Academic education এ give এবং take policy হলে ভাল হয়। অর্থাৎ subject অনুসারে discussion, creative thought, decision making, assignment দেওয়া প্রয়োজন।
3) এই assignment গুলি তৈরির জন্য বাবা,মা বা বাড়ির অনান্য member দের সহযোগিতা, কথাবার্তা তাদের মধ্যে পারিবারিক সম্পর্ক আরও দৃঢ় করবে।
4) Academic education এর সাথে সাথে music, yoga, gaming, dance, painting শেখানোর ব্যবস্থা ও করা উচিৎ।
5) নতুন academic guideline অনুসারে যদি স্কুলে বাচ্চাদের আসতেই হয় তবে স্কুলে আসাটা কতটা mandatory সেটা বিচার করা যথেষ্ট প্রয়োজন।
6) স্কুলে আসার জন্য রাস্তায় social distance maintain হচ্ছে কিনা, সেজন্য ছাত্র ও শিক্ষক দের জন্য উপযুক্ত ব্যবস্থা করা।
7) ভিন্ন ভিন্ন state এর শিক্ষা পদ্ধতির ক্ষেত্রে resources, processes এবং implement এর ক্ষেত্রে নজর দেওয়া যথেষ্ট জরুরি।
8) পাশাপাশি স্কুলের মধ্যে বাথরুম, ক্লাসরুম এর মধ্যে social distaning, proper sanitization ও ক্যন্টিন facility এই সমস্ত security র দিকে নজর দিতে হবে।
9) যারা online এ normal routine maintain করে এবং তারা যদি প্রয়োজনে স্কুলে আসে সেক্ষেত্রে সেদিনের online class টি যদি স্কুলেই ব্যবস্থা করা যায় সেই দিকেও লক্ষ্য রাখতে হবে।
তবেই online ও offline শিক্ষার মধ্যে balance তৈরী সম্ভব। বাচ্চারাও শারীরিক, মানসিক ও একত্রিত ভাবে তাদের পঠন পাঠন গ্রহনে সক্ষম হবে।
